I can’t give the greatest rating but based on my experience just trying to get them to answer the phone is ridiculous. I am a veteran and wanted to make sure that they were still doing the free wings at a certain time at night. I first was told by there robot that they were busy to please hold and after waiting 15-20 minutes it just hung up on me, I tried multiple times to call and each to no avail.

The service here at this BWW is excellent. The manager is kind and greets everyone that comes through the door. His staff is friendly and always smiling. It's always clean, service is really quick. They have definitely found the right crew for this location. Thank you guys!

This place is completely trash
I order here all the time. The manager Dana and staff are always friendly just great customer service. I Live by the one in Alamo Ranch, their customer service is terrible so I drive a couple of extra miles just to go to this store because of the service I. They never disappoint. Just a great staff..
