B dubs has definitely went downhill tried to redeem 2600 blazing points from my app and it literally stole my points never let me make a order and I couldn't get no help from employees smh b dubs is a disappointment the last 3 times I went I highly recommend wing

I was charged twice in my order. I politely talked to a manager or managers assistant but they say they can't do nothing about the matter. Low class service from this place. My track record with BWW till today was good service. This location has the wtlring personal.

Not actually operating as a BWW "GO".The lockers are not in use, nor is the screen that is supposed to display if your order is ready or not. All of the functions of a "GO" are not being used, which defeats the purpose of this place.You will have to go to the counter and yell to the back to get service and/or check your order because they are not attending the front.Plus, my order was missing sauces and a side I paid for. No fries.An order "ready for 7:00" wasn't received until close to 7:30..Wouldn't go back.

lots of hate on this Buffalo wild wings and idk why. this place is exactly what it advertises to be. it's a to go location with a limited menu, no alcohol and reasonably fast service. It has a large TV that is on sport center and the tables and bathroom are both clean. Maybe it's the fault of BWW to create this establishment. after all, if you're a wings restaurant, why not think people are coming for the wings?? reality is people are coming because of drinks, sports, hang out etc... etc... and then all the way at the bottom are the wings. Like most BWW, this location has ok food. nothing special and a little on the pricey side. nevertheless I know what I'm getting and it is consistently mediocre. I don't go into a McDonald's expecting 5 star service, you don't go into BWW expecting the best wings. But, if you don't have friends, don't drink, and don't care about sporting ambiance, BWW go might be for you! I sure enjoyed it. the tables and bathroom are clean. service is fast and I'm also the only one in the restaurant. it's pretty nice.
