Never ever order from them on Super Bowl Sunday or any busy day! They pre cooked the wings and they were dried out. One batch had no sauce because they were out of the Bourbon BBQ. Maybe including another BBQ sauce on the side might have been a nice idea! But no amount of sauce was going to help those dried out wings!

Ran by children who are more interested in listening to music and dancing in the back while conversating as opposed to taking care of orders coming in through the online services. There were a line of people waiting for their orders when I arrived and my order was not started until after I arrived. I waited about 15 minutes even though order was placed through online service and I arrived roughly 15 minutes after that for grand total of about 30 minutes for about some wings.Took a while for anyone to even acknowledge I was there.

Ordered my food for pick up. Timeframe stated was a 7:50pm pickup. (11/17). I showed up a few mins after that timeframe. I spoke with two girls and they both kept took my name for my pick up. Advised it'll be a moment till the order is ready. 8:29pm passes along & nothing. The third girl I spoke too just so happens to pull my order out of a fridge like here it is. I felt so dumbfounded.. because how long had my food been waiting there before I requested a refund. Needless to say, I did not want the food anymore. I requested a refund. They def have major operational issues. Had a line of people waiting & there was no one at the front majority of the time. I hope they process my refund in the adequate timeframe mentioned.

This is a frustrating location. I will admit they prepare your food quick and it's fresh as can be from a chain restaurant. But they have never once gotten all of my order correct. This location in particular doesn't pay attention to sides and sauces. Three times in a row they forgot marinara with the cheese sticks. I have had a basically renewing 5$ coupon to this place on Uber Eats, because they screw up something small literally every time. It sucks I'll now have to get wings elsewhere, because this place will apparently never get their act together. I'm not sure they know how to read, maybe they just look at the pictures on their own menu or something.

I just got off work so I stop in for wings for the kiddos I was to tried to cook. The wing was hard an dry out to the point it was upsetting. It was 20 piece of garbage. Now what I'm still tried an cooking for the kiddos that didn't pick through the wings.

Placed a future pick up order (placed around 430 for 6pm pick up). Arrived the first time at 556 and was told it would be 15 more minutes. Even if they were busy my order was placed in plenty of time. I live around the corner so while irritating it wasn't a huge deal. Went back at 615. Waited at least 5 minutes before they brought my food out. Then I got home to find none of the dressing or celery was in the bag. Went back a 3rd time to get my missing items. I didn't demand any refund or discount but I didn't even get an apology. Do better!

Did a delivery order. Dont get me wrong the food were good. Only thing that made me rate it 3 stars was, i paid for something i didnt get. Everything was there but one thing i ordered and wasnt there was tator tots for my toddler. I dont want to be charged more for something i didnt get.
