Regarding a chain food restaurant, this place is doing really great. The service personnel were kind and attentive. We ordered wings with Buffalo original, Spicy garlic, Lemon pepper sauce and Nashville hot. It qas pretty late at night and we were happy to get some food, all the sauces I liked too, except the Nashville hot.

Ordered December 26 for me and my partner. I got the traditional bone in meal and he got boneless, unfortunately I ended up with food poisoning while I’m 7 months pregnant from something not being cooked all the way or cross contamination. Loved this place but called hoping to get a refund on my order and was told by the manager I would receive a call back and it’s been 5 days and no call back about any of it unfortunately. Very unfortunate how this is being handled and I get things happen but as someone who worked in the food industry for 6 years these accidents shouldn't happen and I was respectful over the phone, wasnt rude about anything even though they got me sick but just make sure to double check your food everyone.

This place does great everytime we order. The food is hot and fresh when I pick up and the staff is super nice! We picked up for dinner on Thursday, my order was ready and you could feel how hot it was. Everything was correct with order once we got home. We will definitely continue to order from this location.

Had a bit of a problem with my order. But Karla was able to take care of me and even reach out to us to apologize. I appreciate that a lot and I want her to know that goes a long way. She turned a negative into a positive. And that is service. You definitely made a repeat customer for sure.

Great customer service, cashier gave us options. We ordered boneless wings tots and fries comes with celery and carrots sticks and a Burger. Nice eating area and refills on drinks. We will return and try the traditional wings. ?
