The workman's special is my go-to burger. It has the perfect bread to meat ratio for me. The Crinkle cut fries are the the best ever. Always perfectly fried, slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and never over salted.

Ticket number #690 order was taken by Ruben R. at 11:05 on 12/12/25 I absolutely love burger they make a great burger and usually always on point but for some reason today out of all days they decided to be lazy or idk first and foremost Ruben did not listen clearly or something because I did not order the burger plain I added bacon cheese and grilled onions and jalapenos but I did not say no mustard or lettuce and tomato second the burger is extremely dry and the fries are old and stale...which is disappointing because I took two bites trying to convince myself to eat it but nobody like a plain dry burger.....and third I called literally over 10 times not to be a bug but to speak with someone to correct this issue and I got no answer which is not professional yes it's a burger joint but its apart of the job description I'm sure all in all what I'm getting at is I wasted money on a large bates combo but thanks for not resolving this and pretty much taking my money for something I did not eat👍
Antonio was outstanding and had good communication skills, and made sure our order was correct. He was very polite as well.
