If Carmela does not like her job she should not be working the window taking orders. She doesn’t let us order she cuts us off when trying to order and they she gives us the price when we are still trying to order. We stood at the window saying hello hello hello and I’m sure she can hear but never answered so we had to complete are order at the window and she still manager not to Make our fries large after we told her at the window again

It was our first time at Burger Boy and they rushed to get us out of the drive through and forgot half of our order. When we called to see if they could resolve the issue they sent us straight to voicemail so we drove back and waited in line again to explain the issue. They didn’t offer a refund or any type of compensation, so we asked if they could remake the order because it has been sitting out and they said no it would be fine since it was sitting on a warmer.

I wish I could give more stars! The manager David at this location was amazing. He made our night. I ordered from wrong location and he transferred it for me. He saved the night. It was a big order and did it with a smile. Even the girl at windows was awesome. Just angels 😇. Ty so much yall for helping a tired mama out !
