I recently went back to Burger Boy, and I have to say this visit was absolutely amazing — all thanks to Ricky! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone for the visit. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — he double-checked my order, made great recommendations (you have to try the [insert specific item if you want to customize it, e.g., spicy bacon burger or loaded fries]), and even came by afterward to see how everything tasted. His friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly loves what they do, but Ricky’s positive attitude and customer service made a huge difference. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but the service this time took it to another level. Thanks again to Ricky and the Burger Boy team for making my day — I’ll definitely be back soon!

I asked for no cheese on my son's burger because he is lactose intolerant. They still put cheese and charged me for it. He couldn't even eat it. I also got 2 shakes and asked the girl at the windows to take off cheese and refused.
