Just went through the drive-through and I had to share my experience. Reggie was outside taking orders with a lack of emotion and very monotone demeanor. I could hardly understand my upgrade options from him. I pulled up to the window and my experience took an unexpected turn. A young lady named Riddhi was so polite and helpful.
