Ordered my food on mobile app and they gave me the wrong burger's. I called the mobile app support and they told me to return and let them know that I should be under the guest relations log. I inform the manger and he said that the general manager (jay) informed them that this franchise does not accept mobile order replacements. Why does your restaurant accept mobile order if your not willing to fix the mistakes your restaurant makes on them? You shouldn't be accept mobile orders if your franchise is going to refuse to fix mobile order on their app.

The food was amazing and the service was great the restaurant the parking lot the restrooms all super clean the staff went out of their way to do such an amazing job they're all super nice very clean employees name tags and very well dressed you can tell whoever the main person in charge if here knows what they're doing clearly
