Went to get lunch. Ordered chicken fries and 2 order of tacos. I get to work, and see they gave me chicken nuggets instead. I know they were busy, but the guy needs to slow down and listen to the order.

I usually don't like burger king but this place is good poor workers there's only 3 working the whole place but they are killing it getting orders out quickly the interior was fairly clean despite the lack of employees bathroom was clean those poor three workers need a raise rushing around how they are

I am really a big fan of Burger King and as I told the manager today there's a YouTube channel called Mash that grades different restaurants in Burger King was on the top today I went there as a Uber driver and they were a complete disaster they cost me money today

24 hour drive thru...ordered two original chicken sandwiches around 2AM. I was greeted warmly and told it would be a few minutes because he making them fresh. THAT is great customer service :)

The young woman named Ashley took my order with a genuine smile on her face and was the best customer service I have ever experienced. :) I came in upset and hungry, yet left with a big smile on my face.

Food was great and fresh! John is always professional, the best customer service. Not sure if he is a manager but if not he fooled me. His whole demeanor and kindness really made my day. I’ve been to many fast food restaurants and some managers are unprofessional. If only I could get customer service like this everywhere! Thank you John!

Everything I was hoping for they didn’t have. Opened the door and was Smokey inside as if they was trying to hotbox it with burger smell. Assistant manager was a little busy and acted as such when cashier host lady asked a couple questions for us. Prices was wrong, but whatever. Might try this one again, if so I’ll redo a new review.

It's so hard to find ppl that care about their work at Fast Food places. Two older ppl about 50s and the other one was in his 20s. You can tell they wanted to be there esp for the young kid. Which I find most young ppl dont care and do the bare minimum....I was impressed. My food was good and the dragon whopper he told me that bun is made from potatoes! How cool. I see why ppl leave the good reviews. It's 24hours which is nice, I miss things being available at any hour. Darn you COVID. Thank you to the team tonight I have mold in my house and you guys helped to make my night more smoothly as I live in a hotel with my pets.

if you didn’t get Matthew at the window I feel bad for you ! Best customer service even when I added on after I ordered !! So nice to my son and got my order out fast and everything was fresh !!!

Just left the store and i have to say that this is the best experience I’ve had in a fast food place in a while. The manager on shift (didn’t get his name) and Anna were super nice and fast and attentive. Will def be coming back.
Anna specifically deserves a raise or promotion or something lol 👏👏
