This BK seems almost shut down. Ac doesn’t work. Play place is under maintenance, workers didn’t seem interested in assisting customers, and even part of the restrooms were out of order. It was so hot in this location, I feel awful for the workers if they don’t know if/when ac will be working.

Not too sure I had ordered chicken nuggets but he was too busy with drive-thru I guess you didn't hear me and there was only two employees they were too busy with drive-thru they really didn't care about us being inside eating 😞

They were out of fries, but that’s not the worst, I woke up with horrible food poisoning and haven’t been able to eat without vomiting after eating here. I don’t understand how they contaminated my impossible whopper, but maybe they need to throw those patties away. Not eating here again.

Every time I come to this location the manager Ermelinda is always very welcoming, she always makes sure our food is always fresh, the service is Fast. She so caring and always smiles. .. Thank you Ermelinda we will continue coming back
This place is bad avoid it. Dude cooking had a cigarette in his ear no gloves on not sure if the san Antonio health department has ever visited this place but they should.

This Burger King always gets my order right, and is usually pretty fast. Larry is always friendly and makes sure the food comes out fresh and as ordered, down to the light ice! We go here a lot, and they always come through 🙏

Didn't know they have fried tacos like Jack in the box- MUCH BETTER than Jack in the box $1.39 for 1, $2.69 for 2? Great value- use the app for free ANY SIZE fries with $1 purchase mon-fri all the time, quick freebies earned with their app crowns rewards, cheese fries are good, cookies are great value at 2 for $1.29? Hershey pie is GREAT! friendly hard working quick serving and prep staff- I go here very often- food is made with care- highly recommend this location

The manager was not friendly when we entered. The children wanted to enjoy the play equipment, but she immediately became hostile and dismissed us. After that she hid in the kitchen, which was more rude. We will never visit this location again due to the manager on the afternoon shift; their attitude is not worth it.

I'm not quite sure how many stars to put. I put in my order at the drive-through. The service was great, we got our drinks, they tell us to pull up and wait, ok. Then after a couple minutes someone comes out and says drive away from the building because the roof is on fire 🔥. I drove further away from the building and wow it was on fire 🔥 that's crazy. Lots of fire trucks, police driving up and I never got my good that I paid for. I'm just really happy that everybody was able to get out safely. I will go back later to try to get a refund.
