This is location in from of Sam's on 410. I been a patron at this location for years more lately a I moved to the area. It was always kinda gangsta going in their till about a month ago. I mean it was bad. Homeless/ Transient people going in to argue with the staff, other customers coming in from drive through wanton to get into it with staff as well. And the staff would usually escalate rather than diffuse the situation. I can't tell you how many times it got rowdy in there. But now I have been twice in a many weeks and the old workers are gone, there are some of the old faces but the majority seem to have been replaced. I get than yous, anything else and smile when I go there. I had seen the GM in there prior to this change and maybe he cleaned house. But man it is like night and day. Keep up the good attitude and work. I love Burger King and really enjoy having a safe experience rather than having to be on the defensive when I dine.

The cook / only reasonable adult there.. Was able to figure out how to make a burger without condiments. Twice through the drive-thru and explaining at the window 3 attempts. Was DT orderers mistake each time. And out of ice cream. Oh bummer

Never fails. Every time I come back here, someone has an attitude of issue. This time I placed my order in the drive through. Keisha (as she told me her name later) took my order. When she gave me my food I politely asked for more ketchup. She was rude and said it was already in the bag. I said I need it some more please. She responded with an attitude while she grabbed more and said “you only had a large meal” so I responded and asked what that had to do with it. She give me like 2 more packs so I said I need it more. She stared being more rude talking about I’m only allowed to have 3. Something I’ve never heard of. So I told her to charge me for them if she need it to, but I need it more. I asked for her name and to speak to a manager. She told me her name and she was the manager. Asked why she was being so rude and she just laughed. I also let her know she was being recorded and I was going to file a complain. She laughed and slammed the window and walked away. This is why even though this location is closer to me. I only visit it once every few months.

Keisha the (manager) or so she says she was when I asked for a manger , was very rude and had the most ridiculous attitude towards me for no absolute reason. Unbelievable.
The cook was grabbing my Hot blazing food with his bare hands. Then proceeds to argue with a customer who witnessed the cook grabbing the food with his bare hands. Weird and Unprofessional. Not cool either. That was very disappointing and disgusting. I guess thats what non washed hands and burned skin taste like... Thanks alot Burger King.

Came thru drive thru for a single whopper. Young black skinned girl was rude taking order. She slammed my change in my hand crinkling the receipt and almost making me drop the change. Will bot ever recommend this store to anyone based on the customer service. She definently needs more training not to mention a verbal warning on how to speak to customers.
