Everything was nicely clean but seem no one was really there to work. Then they have 3 new burgers that are to be toasted but I instead got hamburger meet on what looks like sandwich white bread. But I knew it was sourdough.
I ain’t even mad that I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Crescent, and I received this overcooked biscuit. The cashier (a lady) was very kind, friendly, and attentive. She had a very positive attitude and told me to “Have an Awesome day.” THIS lady is what customer service is about. Kudos to her. I’m sorry; I didn’t get her name.
Every time I come here the food is good. Dolores is very polite and hardworking- she always has a smile even when the line is long and the kitchen is busy. I really admire what she and the other workers here accomplish.
