I'm not one that eats burgers from fast food places very often but Burger King is the exception. The food was fresh and service very friendly. The woman at the drive thru was super nice and is the only person I've seen no matter when I go thru the store on Bandera Rd. Always greets me with a smile. Although there are closer stores to my home I go to that store knowing it will be a great experience.

Absolutely the nastiest place if been in San Antonio. I was craving a whopper and really was so hungry. Seeing these issues with sticky floors and sticky trays. Discussing!! Then when I desided to to pictures I was told to leave!! The employees in total didn't want me to record. They said they were calling the cops. I'm still here waiting

We dined in. It's rough. Not clean. I get after school care is expensive and 1000 other issues along with that but leaving a kid unsupervised and aloud to have a mess while blasting their tablet in the dining room is not ok. I know its Burger King, I don't expect 5 star but come on...

I ordered a large hashbrown and 5pc French toast and got a greasy bag of cold food without syrup. You can smell that the oil is old and reused. This location does not even try. This is the second time I've ordered this and both times the food has been Luke warm/cold. It is not hard to make fresh food. No one wants to pay their hard earned money for cold greasy food.

this is the SECOND TIME i place an order on the app and when i arrive they tell me to “cancel” my order because they don’t have it in stock. i guess they don’t know the BK app very well because there’s no such thing as cancelling, once you pay, that’s it. you have to contact corporate for a refund. they also refuse to just replace the items with something else. i came by on 10/1 and the (very nice) girl immediately told me to cancel my order when i pulled up, when i said i already paid, the big white lady (who was a huge jerk) yelled from far away that there was nothing she could do. when i asked if she could just replace the items, she said from far away “yeah if you find something that’s the same price” but wouldn’t help me at all figure out what items i could replace it with. i felt dumb, especially since i used my rewards for this food. for some low-income people, waiting days for corporate to refund money is too long. im not sure where they are getting this “cancel your order” phrase instead of just replacing the items. the time before that they told me they were completely out of beef and when i said to replace it with chicken they said they couldn’t because of inventory?? if y’all don’t have something in stock the protocol should be to REPLACE it. This is by far the worst BK in San Antonio. I understand that it’s hard to care when you’re getting paid 7.25 and i wish so much that The King would pay y’all more…but i didn’t do anything to y’all. I just want my nasty fast food…. Jack in the Box would never do this to me.

Their $22 special is awesome but you have to order on your phone. 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 chicken tenders.
The food is a hit and miss I guess it depends on the crew . We seem to get good and hot food at lunch. They haven't sold milkshakes in forever . I was told the shake machine has been broken since last year.
