It took an exceptionally long time to get 2 whopper jrs. It was around 10 mins & this place was not busy at all. My husband said it looked as if they were short staffed, only 3 ppl were working.

Came here around 6:40pm Sunday The parking lot lights were off but I pulled into the drive thru and waited for someone to take my order , no one greeted me so I pulled up to the window there was a black man what looks like was smiling and talking with another employee totally ignoring the drive thru. No headset on either. Do better!

I watch the manager vaping and blowing it in another employees face as he worked if I was the parent of that child you would be in a world of hurt I really want to find out! He is tall latino boy with curly hair. Not that that was enough the music was so loud the cashier couldn't hear the order !! I left with out ordering!!! Such a shame we have leaders like this not a good example!!!!

This burger king does not answer their phone. I had an inquiry about one of their bundles and wanted to check if they restocked since they were out last time but no one answered the phone. The first time the line was picked up but then they hanged up rudely, then they ignored the line the following 3 times I tried calling. Rude service, bad experience, I definitely don't recommend.

Miss Faye is the BEST EVER at this store. We just met this sweet lady and she made us laugh. She's the epitome of customer service. She went ABOVE AAAAND BEYOND FOR US. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, take good care of this sweet lady. Shes the best. Its about time these restaurants hire good people. This burger king has good people working here but especially Miss Faye!!! She brought smiles to our faces and its infecteous. Thank you miss faye. We love you.
