Miss Faye is the BEST EVER at this store. We just met this sweet lady and she made us laugh. She's the epitome of customer service. She went ABOVE AAAAND BEYOND FOR US. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, take good care of this sweet lady. Shes the best. Its about time these restaurants hire good people. This burger king has good people working here but especially Miss Faye!!! She brought smiles to our faces and its infecteous. Thank you miss faye. We love you.

Ordered a meal yesterday, 5/2/25 and added on a Hershey pie. Put it in fridge to save for later. Just went to grab it and noticed the expiration was the 1st. They gave it to me a day after it expired. Absolutely comical negligence on manager

Came to the drive-through ordered four combos and they forgot a burger. How do you Forget to put a burger in. So we came back to pick it up. The girl at the register is on her phone and the manager is sitting at a table with three other people so I’m standing waiting now for their incompetence.

Not sure if this place is going out of business or what, but I rarely see anyone here. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no combo but still had to wait 15-20 mins even though I was the only one at the drive thru. They had me pull up and wait by the front entrance. Very slow service
