Rude rude rude asked nicely to change order and started talking ugly in the back which I can here we are literally the only customers inside and proceeds to throw things and smack the register because my bf ordered me the wrong burger rude customer service

I moved here in February, and have went through the drive through at this location twice. Three things that I can guarantee at this location: #1 It will take you at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through, even if they're not busy, nor if there is a short line. #2 Your order is going to be incomplete - last night I was shorted an entire meal, and the drive through person gave me a coke without a lid. #3 Your food is going to be cold. Cold hard onion rings and a cold Whopper. Just terrible experience all the way around. I gave them two chances, they're not getting a third.
Parking: There are not many people dumb enough to eat here, so there's always parking near the door.

I understand Burger King is going through rebranding but how does that match if the quality of both the food and the customer service is absolutely garbage.
My first job was Burger King:
Toast the buns through the bun toasted
-Mayo, lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 2-3 rings of onions, 4 pickles, and ketchup.
^unless that has changed since 2011-2012
Again I’m trying to understand how this is not in anyone’s radar to improve the quality and more importantly the filtering process of hiring and training.
How difficult is it to schedule a retraining at these location. I’ll happily go in there and make my order since I’ve gone like 3-4 times to each respective location it’s continuously wrong order, cold food, and employees who listen to respond rather than to understand.
Again I’m trying to dive deep and understand why this is the new standard, there’s is nothing that goes my way when visiting these two locations and when I would visit the Burger King located at
5218 De Zavala Rd.

Took 45 minute and I had to leave without my food.
I returned the next to get a refund and the refused to get my refund. I will never again eat at Burger King. They are thieves and the worst managed business I have ever experienced.

This visit was a shame at the Tezel location. I'd been there before for breakfast crossaunts. (Drive thru) I'd had them before and they were very good! This woman who took my order must have been doing 3 things at once or just having a bad morning. She had to ask about EVERY item 2 times before she got it right. Each item she'd repeat to me was not what I'd ordered. Then the food was cold and flattened down. It was a big disappointment from the time I'd had them before. I'm probably not going to try them again for some time.

So this is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and gotten a burger with tomatoes on it after saying I am allergic and cannot have them. It's like because I say that they put extra tomatoes and when you call to complain they have the phone off the hook. When this happened the last time I went back the next day because I was exhausted and the mgr said well we can't replace it or refund it because you didn't call or come last night. I explained that I work 2 jobs and was tired and didn't want to go back up there. Maybe they should have a working line. He said yea maybe and walked away.

My son and I enjoyed the 🍳Breakfast options with🥐 croissants or biscuits. 🌯Also have breakfast burritos. Pancakes 3 stacks. .🥞 Hash browns are tasty. Breakfast stops at 10:30am ! Very convenient to drive thru and buy a bag of ice, nice cylinder shape.

I went to the drive through and waited FIFTEEN MINUTES just to give my order. The person had said, "I'll be right with you" but I doubt they know the meaning of being right with anyone. After I gave my order, I then waited 10 minutes with one car in front of me. It was taking each car a minimum of 10-15 minutes for someone to take their money and give them their food. I projected the time, doing the math, of my being asked to pay and then getting my food as being 45 minutes after I first entered the drive thru line. THIS IS MY LAST TRIP TO THIS BURGER KING.
