Visited San Antonio this past week and we stopped by Burger King on Marbach for some lunch before heading back home.The employees were super attentive and friendly.Our order was given to us freshly made.We will definitely be back to this location when visiting SA.

So my daughter had a Uber eats order and I don’t know if this is the one that got the order. But we literally live three minutes from this location. Our order was only missing a four piece chicken fry. The guy at the Window was so rude he refused to give me my chicken fries. He said they couldn’t find it. He didn’t know where they got the order from this makes me not wanna go back to the location or Burger King ever again.

I ordered 12 chicken fries and got 8 chicken fries and i ordered 8 chicken nuggets and got 8 but they were 2x less the size they should be and she gave me 3$ worth of change in QUARTERS and on top of that she was RUDE i do NOT recommend this

No one answered the drive thru. Waited 10 mins. Only get 30 for lunch so I had to go back to work without eating.

It's 716 in the morning, place looks deserted, no cars in the parking lot. No biscuits, ordered French toast sticks, they had to cook them, I saw them putting them in the fryer, no gloves on, I told them to have a good day, took myself across the street to Chick Fil A,
I don't know if my son likes it, I think the bread is thick on hamburgers.

The older woman who's the manager is grouchy and darn right rude! I know the location of this store COULD be a BIG provoker behind her attitude but she acts NO better than the location and it's bringing this store down. I also know for a FACT they harass some of their"slower thinking" employees..acting like children and bullying! Making fun and cutting their hours!! This place deserve s to be closed. Your manager is killing it anyway.
