I work down the highway in the shopping center and my coworkers and I go often. We ALWAYS have great service. The ladies at the drive thru are always super friendly, polite and show great customer service. Hard to find good service at fast food places but the team here is awesome!!

I ordered a Double Whopper, small fry, and water for a drink. Paid in cash, received my change and receipt, plus a plastic cup. I grabbed a few napkins, filled my cup, and went to the booth closest to the drinking station. The server arrived with my order before I even sat down. I unwrapped my burger and immediately noticed the bottom bun was saturated and resting in water. I tossed a napkin under it, set it back down, and lifted the top bun. Soggy AF. The two burgers has sear marks, but were grayish and limber. It's as if they were boiled in water instead of flame broiled. I didn't say anything because my replacement order would likely have someone's special sauce. Thank the Lawd that I rarely eat at fastfood restaurants. Bad.

I always say I'm going to leave a review and I never do. Always fresh. Always fast. Always friendly. Can't ask for anything else. When I tell you my food is piping hot fresh EVERY time, I'm not lying. It's legit. Gotta give their staff the credit. They're on point.

Picked up a UE order. The drive thru was empty, so I went this route only to be told I had to come inside. Went inside and no customers at all. I asked about the drive thru and was told they can't give orders in the drive thru. I asked whose rule is this? Was told BK and then another employee said UE rule. It's not a UE rule. Then the attitude started coming out, asking why I'm arguing with them when I'm just having a conversation asking questions. You have a problem here.
My experience at this location was great Took my family here. First time back in a few years. Just wish there was a kids playground. I will be back again.

Ketchup is chunky for whatever reason, fries were cold and onion rings seemed like they were sitting under the heat lamp for a bit because they didn't have onions in them anymore. My wife showed up a few minutes later and while she was waiting, all the employees were talking together in one of the booths. I ended up ordering for her, the person taking my order asked me if I wanted cheese on her burger, i said no and they put it on anyway. Woman manager with the glasses and sumo wrestler bun is wildly incompetent.
