Arived around 8:50PM. We were the only car in the drive thru. Person operating drive thru had a very off putting tone. Made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Again, we were the only customers...We got our food, checked the bag, missing a 10$ burger...they realized it...waiting 5 more minutes and they fixed. We ordered only 3 things FYI. One of the items was the mozzarella fries... they were incredibly cold. Seemed like whomever was working not having a great night and it was reflected in the service and the food.

I ordered online 3 burgers with a lot of veggies added. they charge my money for those but non of my burgers have it. super super bad service!!! if BK’s manager or owner see this review, please work with your staffs who work on Tuesday night please!!!!

Waited for o er 20 minutes and got cold food. This is a restaurant that either needs to have a new manager or the regional manager needs to be fired immediately. Close the store if you cannot do the simplest orders

Wanted 40 mine in the drive through only to get the cold order and wrong drink.... Will never go back has to be the worst burger king in town... fries are limp and cold, burger is smashed.... there are 5 cars in the parking lot and 6 in the drive though... it still took 40 min from the point of order to getting my incorrect order. They do not cook like before our Whoppers cold need. Bad and dry buns where is the flame !! Barely any lettuce this is so sad I can see the owners don’t care no more about the customers. It is going the same way as Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana. Those are going same future to Burger King. I wonder are they the same owners?

Took forever to order at the counter. waited around for 20min only to find out they lost my order. Got a refund and left only have 30min for luck so I didn’t get to eat.

As someone who never writes negative reviews just got to say I got a hamburger comped here because they forgot to add cheese came back the next day ordered the same thing and this time the cheese was placed on top of the lettuce and tomatoes on top bunside rather than melted over the meat. Sent an email but got no response. Recommend avoiding this location at least for a little while until they straighten things out

We came in and the girl patty was amazing! She was working by herself she took care of the drive thru and inside and she did it with a smile! Very positive even tho it can be stressful to run it by yourself! I hope patty knows how good she is, we are proud of you patty thank you for being the best!! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE 🔥

I stopped by at noon lunch hour. It was busy however…The GM was at the register, spotless lobby, clean bathrooms and hot whopper with Wednesday price reduction. I definitely will be returning to this location in the future!
