The last two times I have gone have been terrible. They have appeared severely understaffed leading to disorganization. The first time I waited for 40 minutes to get my order. This time I put in a mobile order and waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for their system to be down. Ended up leaving with no food and running late for work on my break. This location used to be ok as far as Burger King goes.The employees have been pleasant even under obvious stress and the food has been decent when I actually get it.

Quiet, food was the best Burger King Food I've ever eaten and it was really clean!!! Kudos to all the Burger King Employee's at this location!!! It was Awsome!!!
We went through drive through around 8 pm.We went to try the veggie/vegan/non beef sandwich.We do eat beef, but wondered what it would be like. Reminiscent of soy patties from the 70s cafeteria? Nope. Kinda like the McDonald's ones that they served to us for a decade or more while they lied about it being beef? Nope again.To be fair it was better than the cafeteria patties but MCDs tasted better. These were okay.Both sandwiches were made fresh which we truly appreciated. The onion rings and fries we ordered were, just okay also. I really wanted to like it since this Burger King location is so close to my home.I don't believe we will be back.Oh n yes we both do eat vegan alternatives from time to time. Currently our favorite non burger I believe black bean based) is at longhorn on Blanco. LoL but they close early.

I can’t name one person alone because it would be doing a disservice to all of the great employees here. Food is fresh every time. I’ve come here mid-day or at night and it’s always great on Amy day of the week. To all the employees who were working on MLK day in the evening, y’all deserve a raise because the service was the best I’ve seen. This location should be a poster-child for all other locations. I changed my mind, TK is the goat.

Texas Double Whopper was hot and fresh. Drive thru attendant was very friendly, made me laugh :)
This is the only Burger I will eat at . The staff is amazing fast and friendly service .

Get it together team. I just received my food thru DoorDash. Dasher did great but the food!!! Terrible. Chicken Fries. Cold and soggy. Nevermind that you did not include the 2 dipping sauces I requested. Thanks. The double meat whopper- you could line up 20 people to taste the meat and they would all say it was cooked this morning and warmed for my order. Tasteless, cold, discolored, literally looked like soggy meat. What a shame because flame broiled is their claim to fame. Terrible. I will drive to another BK next time. It'll be worth the drive.
