Don’t waste your money. This place is horrible. They forgot 5 order of fries in my $50 meal. Phone number doesn’t work. Food doesn’t go well with no fries. Rude workers, dirty restaurant so I took it to go. Not Burger King like you remember it.

This is a horrible Burger King! Gabe Sager is a rude and a horrible manager not sure why he was hired. When I arrived there were a couple of guys standing outside smoking weed. Deshawn is rude and has no customer service skills and they all need to be fired. Deshawn speaks to customers ugly and throws food at customers. I called to reported all of this to the manager Gabe Sager and nothing was done. We have tried to give this location a second chance and we saw a lot more the second time around. I wouldn’t send my enemy to this Burger King. Waste of money! Beware going to this location you never know what you are going to face just trying to order food.

This place should just shut down. Just went through the drive thru…. Got the order wrong off the bat and took the order at the window. We walked inside to correct them on the order, then get home and the lettuce is wilted, the bun is stale, they didn’t put cheese on one burger, they added onions to one ordered without, the fries are cold. If you want a whopper go to a different Burger King! You will be disappointed if you choose this location.

I arrived 15 min before close for an online order I already payed for and had submitted 30 min prior to closing and they said they are closed for the night and refused to make it even though it was not even the time their google or door says they close.

Went to grab some BK, pull up in drive thru mind you its 7:45pm all interior and exterior lights on. Drive thru gal says they are closed. No reason, no signs not even on doors. Says closed just because. Ok... then why y'all have lights on and answering the drive thru.

This place is severely understaffed!! There were only 2 employees at rush hour dinner time!!! Felix and I can't remember the women at the window. Those 2 need a raise, a reward, something because without them y'all would have lost so much more money than y'all already did. The GM should have been there to support their staff and help run that building!! Someone from corporate needs to get down there and help this facility out. If I had to go back there I would only go if those 2 employees were on staff even though they were overwhelmed and overworked they were kind, attentive and apologetic. Won't be going back.
I ordered online through the app, and realized when I got here that my coupon didn't take when I checked out. A easy coupon to fix instore( Free any size fry, with the purchase of 1$) the manager said they couldn't help with anything on the app. They easily could have just given me a fry at the counter and no worries, but apparently that is to much to ask at this BK....... Also it was blazing hot and muggy inside since their AC was out, all lead to a horrible experience. Could have been an easy fix and keep a loyal customer, never go to the BK in the rolling oaks parking lot. Also tech support on the BK app sucks aswell.

Ouch. This Burger King is hurting. No one in line, even during lunch. When you get your food, you can tell it's been sitting out for a while. And the chicken fries were tiny, disappointing sticks. Talk about "shrinkflation". Say what you want about McDonald's, but they seem to be doing fine in comparison.

Hate to say it but I've never had a problem with this location unlike other locations they have in San Antonio. This one is guaranteed to give you a perfect burger with the freshest ingredients on it every time, unlike other locations I've been to where the burger looked like it had been microwaved and was rubbery. This location may be out of the way but it's well worth the drive if you just have to have that Whopper with all the fresh toppings.

Hate to say it but I've never had a problem with this location unlike other locations they have in San Antonio.
