Don't ever come here cuz it's not on my side of town but went trough the drive trough today , the young man at the drive trough was very polite , he gave me the last SpongeBob toy for my kids lol he was very nice and went out of his way to get my kids the toy they wanted. Didn't catch his name , young Caucasian male early 20s maybe. Great customer service!

We're constantly getting breakfast from this burger king and their fries carried my wife through her pregnancy because it's the only one in San Antonio who understands what no tomatoes or extra salt please means. Don't shut down the only one who does their job.

I been to this location 5 times and my order has been wrong all 5 TIMES!! 🤦‍♂️ the girl that’s at the register with glasses just stands there and just looks at u. Doesn’t welcome u in or even ask if she can take ur Oder. Just stands there with a blank stare.

I ordered 2 new burger king bikini bottom meals when got home “2 shortcake pies missing, they ran out of the frozen pa floats had to sub for fountain drinks instead, and when got to the window they didn’t even have my order in the system, the time was about 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru! someone needs to make this right make it make sense :/

Had a traffic jam on 1604 and nacogdoches. We saw a burger king sign. As we pull in all the building and parking lot lights were so dark. They were on but the whole place looked closed. We did the drive thru. The viice we barely could hear. The male voice in ghe drive thru didnt sound happy at all. Well we ordered and tried to get a total but was told to drive around. Ok .so i get to the window and was gold the total. 25 and some change. I didnt get a recieptbut the fries were soaked and cold. Everything wasnt up to par. Thr veggies were brown and wilted. I dont like to complain but i should have asked for a receipt. But hey hit and miss.

I'm Tonny, this morning I ordered my breakfast at Burger King located at 16711 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266.

And after arriving at the restaurant I waited for my order. And you know what happened? There were only two people working, one as a host in front and another manager who made my order in the kitchen. The manager was very dirty, he made my order without wearing gloves.

When my order was ready, I told the host in front why don't you wear gloves?? He answered loudly that we all wear gloves and suddenly the manager came out and approached me, this is me wearing gloves.

And you know I showed the photos and videos that I recorded, then they admitted it, if not they continued to lie and said they were wearing gloves. I stood there for almost 20 minutes and saw them taking meat, eggs and bread without gloves and what was fatal was done by the manager himself. I really felt disgusted seeing it.

We frequent this locating and it is always hit or miss. Our most recent visit was very disappointing. The gentleman at the drive thru was “polite” but a bit condescending. The old, dried out, chewy fries we received were disgusting. Please do better. There have been days when there are young ladies working. On those visits, we always get fresh food. I didn’t get their names, but service and food is good when they are there.
