The employees didn't know how to fulfill an order from the app. Couldn't understand any English it's ridiculous they hire complete flakes. I predict within the next two years their employees will put burger king out of business and won't give two cares about it.

Just ordered a texas whopper meal 12/2/2022 around 2pm and it was inedible. Had to throw it all out. Meat tasted freezer burned. Fries were old. Didn't want to risk food poisoning. Customer service rep did not say hello or thank you once.

Very unfriendly. No thank you no nothing just take your receipt and be gone. Food was also cold.

I rarely eat fast food. I know many that do. Thankfully, Alyssa, at the Burger ? King ? on Camino Rosa and Tezel is the best employee I have encountered in quite a while. She was knowledgeable and courteous. My questions about the menu were all answered with a smile and she offered suggestions on what to add to my order. I went for the jalapeno! What a wonderful experience, I will let people know where to find a perfect burger!

They had me sitting at the intercom for 5 minutes without even asking me to wait which is common sense for any fast food place so I ended up driving up to the window and waited in back of another car for an additional 10 minutes. Worst service ever

Advertises close time as 9pm online 10pm on site but really closes at 7pm just drove thru and saw a gentleman in store but was ignored at least change your times online so people don't just show up to be ignored

Sometimes, it's just hard to be kind but, when you're stuck in a drive-thru lane for 21-minutes and your order is wrong, there's just no excuse. The Burger King at 1515 New Braunfels Ave & I-35 is a case in point. For lunch on a Friday afternoon, I ordered a single Whooper w/ Mozzarella Sticks and a Bottled water - simple right?! After being stuck in the drive-thru lane for 21 minutes the girl tried to give me a small cup of water with a loose lid. I told her my order was with a Bottled Water. She gave me a bottle and a bag stapled shut with the receipt on it. By the time I got to my office I discovered she gave me a Texas Double Whooper and Fries. Like Joe Pesci says in Good Fellas, "They get you at the Drive-Thru". As a parting comment, it looks as if this particular Burger King needs a little TLC. I have included a photo of their Speaker Box & Menu. It's a mess with trash, weeds and graffiti. Eat in good health just, maybe not here.

So I ordered a Whopper Meal along with the Southwestern version at around noon. The service there was good, & the dining area was clean.The food was hot, the fries still crispy, & it all came out at reasonable times.

The worse Burger King I’ve ever been through! Gave me my food after I pulled off I saw there was no sandwich inside!

It's been a while since I've eaten BK but I recognized an old favorite. The rodeo burger. Just as good as I remembered. I gave 4 stars because I asked for water while ordering but wasn't told they charge for water until after I paid and asked for the water I ordered at the intercom.

I ordered at 5:35pm. The tell me to pull forward. It’s been 30 minutes. I pull around and they say uber orders are coming in and I have to wait.

We were very pleased with our experience here on 7-6-22. The young men we interacted with were very friendly and courteous. My mother asked the one who brought us our food what his name was and he introduced himself as Anthony. Apart from drinks, everything we ordered including condiments was in the bag, and the food was not only prepared to our specifications but was excellent. A tip of my hat to this fine team!

Their computer system seems to always be down and they are unable or unwilling o honor the pricing of the offers on the app.C'mon corporate, this store needs some TLC
