This location is awful!! Ordered 5 items and all were Wrong! Drove 5 miles home to find out they were all wrong! Drove back upset another 5 miles and they still didn’t get it right! Will not go back to this location again!!

Was passing by and noticed 2 cars in the drive thru so I stopped thinking it was going to be a quick drive thru visit but NOPE, ended up taking over 25 minutes and when I pulled up to pick up my order, employee looks at me like she didn't know why I was there then proceeded to ask for my receipt, then miraculously found my order and handed me COLD food.... Stay Away!

This was - by far - one of my worst "fast food" drive thru experiences I've ever had. This was the perfect example as to why people SHOULDN'T get $15/hr.Turns out my wife is a fan of the BK cheesy tots so we made an impromptu visit to the drive thru at this location about 2p. We sat in the drive thru for THIRTY MINUTES. THIRTY. Yes - THREE - ZERO. Wanna know what we ordered? A cheeseburger with no mustard, an order of cheesy tots, and a plain and dry burger.At one point, we were next in line (only one car in front of us). I watched as they got their food - and yet we sat and sat and sat. I'm convinced those people either drove away without paying (due to the lack of attention) or there was something they were waiting on but decided to say "F it" due to sheer window neglect.When it was finally our turn at the window - we sat - and sat - and sat - and sat - no one came to the window. No one even spoke to us. As you can see by the photo, tickets were stacking up (and, mind you - there was REALLY NO ONE inside the restaurant - 2 cars were in the parking lot when we FINALLY drove away). We literally saw NO ONE behind the counter for several minutes at a time. Seems like no one was working - no sounds from the kitchen, and no visible employees. Of our 30 minutes in the drive thru, I bet our window time was at least 10-15 minutes with absolutely no recognition from anyone working inside. When we finally received our order - employee made a disappointing attempt ... "sorry about the wait" as she handed us our food.Someone needs to fire EVERYONE and start over.

Hands down the worst drive thru experience of my life. We started 2 cars behind the ordering station and it’s been at least 30 minutes. Now we’ve been sitting at the window for at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the aloof people inside. Does anyone actually work here?!

Food is sloppy, missing items in delivery so I will not be buying Burger King anymore. And the 3 dollar coupon they offer for the missing items are a joke.
