Good morning, bad attention! Both for the customer and for the delivery people! Manager Beatriz, I don't know how she is a manager to have such attitudes with clients or future clients. She was only asked for a complimentary glass and she was all rude at the time. I hope they take measures to improve their service at the location!

Every time we come they always “out” of any promotion that happens. But I always see other come out with said promotion that’s out. And the sodas are always flat. Never been one time when my drink wasn’t flat. Workers are just completely lazy not willing to do anything that will make them do a few steps extra . I spend to much to have such poor service

I visited morning of 9/21 around 5:57am with my daughter, they said "sorry we arent open yet" I said "ok I can wait" store employee said "can you wait in parking lot, you are driving up my time" Im guessing how long a car waits in drivethru, is what she meant, I said "ok" and we waited 3 minutes or so and came back thru drive thru at 6:02am "she said we aren't open yet" I said "but its 6am", she said "I just got the call to open my machines arent up, I dont have anytging ready, someone was supposed to show up, didnt, Im from another store" then I asked her name which she was not willing to give, but said Alicia not sure of that is who it was. She could have been kindly honest instead of making me wait 3 or 4 minutes and come back to the window?? Very rude, took her bad morning out on me.

I will give them zero stars if I can. DO NOT go to this place. Dirty, people care less about what they're doing, only two people "working". I made the mistake of coming a second time and it was the worst. Even the music on the speakers has given up 😂
I haven't been at Burger King in a long time . But I am so happy I did it took me back when I was a child . Great tasty burger ? .. I will decently visit again .

I’ve never been to a good Burger King in S.A. Honestly, I have no idea how they keep opening new locations. But what really did it for me was when I ordered onion rings, and they didn’t have any onions! ? ??
I was waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes before someone came and helped me. It’s sad that these food places charge all this money and your food is cold. If you stop here do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the AC is broken. They have portable units but they don't help unless you stand directly in front of them. The counter area was extremely hot! I had to walk to the portable AC while I waited for my order because it was so hot. It might not have been so bad if I wouldn't have needed to wait so long for my order! 35 mins! I asked for a drink carrier and was barked at by the manager, George with a loud NO!! When my husband asked a female employee if our order was almost ready George came from the drive thru window and started yelling at him! We were stunned!! There was absolutely no reason for George to act that way! We were not the only customers he was rude to! Unfortunately words were exchanged. Finally we received our order and left! We will be calling the corporate office to complain about George and this entire experience! Needless to say we won't return!

Not the friendliest folks. Chicken sandwich was fresh but the fries had absolutely no salt or pepper or anything.
