I ordered online. I've never been to this BK before. When I got to the drive thru I drove right past their ordering station, because it was turned off. There was no light at all, or any indication that you were supposed to stop there (it's night time). The lady who replied when I produced my standard salutation (hello) informed me that they were out of the frozen cherry fanta I ordered. The other options for frozen beverages were not good (that's why I picked the one I did). I got a sprite instead. The sprite was terrible. My guess is the syrup ran out halfway through or something.
I get to the window to receive my order and they ask me to pull ahead and inform they'll bring it out to me. I pulled ahead and watched youtube videos for many minutes until I almost forgot what I was doing there. Several minutes after that a woman came out and handed me a bag, but did so in the most precarious manner possible. I checked the bag and it only had what looked to be half my order, so I went in to get the rest.
It turns out they handed me someone else's order entirely, so they had mine in hand when I went in to get it rectified. The fries were hot and tasty. That's where the good stuff ends.
My double cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard on it, but was plain instead. Not the biggest deal. But my "Bacon King" had what looks to be a single strip of paper thin bacon broken into several pieces and put on the top. The bottom of the burger patties were burnt to a crisp. Pictures for reference. This is WAY beyond flame broiled. It was dry, and tasted of seriously burnt meat (because it was). I would have asked them to make another, but I didn't want to wait presumably another 20 minutes for a replacement.
Literally every single other restaurant in the area had a line, but this place didn't. And now I know why. This is hands down the worst Burger King I've ever been to. And I've been to a LOT of Burger Kings. Please don't waste your money here. I hope this place can just go completely out of business so maybe a GOOD burger restaurant can take their place.

Just ordered a chicken fry combo and asked for them to cook to order. I never mind a wait but to wait and still get them old is ridiculous. I tried to give them one more chance but never again! I called to complain but no answer. I’m not sure why there parking lot is completely empty! Waste of time and money!

If I could leave zero stars I would have ordered online got there to find out things weren’t available and had to swap things out then to get home for everything to be wrong only went for the purple whopper not purple and no churro fries save yourself a trip and don’t go not worth it

I guess you can’t expect to have someone smart working in a place when you’re not getting paid enough. I simply asked for two sausage, egg and cheese croissant and two ham egg and cheese croissant sandwiches I pay for my ticket and I get one of each except one feels like a biscuit And a hard biscuit. So then I tell him I wanted two of each oh you wanted the two for five, I’m guess I’m supposed to say two for five instead of just two of each which has been a sale for years now. So I’ve already paid $12, and when they redo the order, she’s like 1186 and I’m like I just paid you 1186 well then just get two morecroissants. I got my food and I still have a croissant which is hard as a rock and feels like a biscuit they didn’t even replace it and then they got attitude, I will never be back.

I tried the Wednesday's Meal. I was disappointed by a cold burger sandwich upon arriving home in a few minutes from that location. The sandwich had American cheese and not Swiss as was how the burger was made. The Gomez Churro Fries were hot and perfectly cooked. They forgot my chocolate dip. The onion rings were the same. The Morticia's Kooky Chocolate shake looked like just a chocolate shake. There were no black and purple cookie pieces on it. The crew need to be trained in service. They were not busy at this time for any of this to be the type of service I received.

Horrible customer service management tried to attack me when I was with a client on the computer. Their water smells like bleach. Tried calling customer service to complain it got disconnected. Protect yourself when you step foot into this place. Never go alone.

The supposed GM was rude, they ran out of biscuits and didn't say anything and still charged me without letting me know and replaced it with another sandwich which was less expensive and to top it my Hashbrowns were cold! The manager wanted me to bring back the food and be very inconvenienced!!! Wow the Customer Service really needs work and if that's the GM, she really needs some customer service training!!!

They never have condiments and when you ask for extra napkins (only provide 1) they have attitude. Just drive a little further towards I 35 or I 10. Better service and frinedlier.

Also, why would a BK Employee find this amusing, that they lack the ability to conduct inventory and re-order correctly? Why was this funny? Why not use a different cup and put a little less in it? I just walked out. I had a much larger order, but not for that store. No respect. I won't be back to that location.

Just disgusting. The food is cold and taste like it’s days old. They also made my order wrong and then had an attitude and snatched the bag out of my hand when I asked for them to fix it. I ended up just asking for my money back at that point. This place needs to be investigated for sure. I will not be returning unless it’s under new management.

I'm not a Burger King eater but my gma loves it. That's the only reason it got two stars. They are just so lazy, the food is disgusting, and the place is filthy.
