God I hate this Burger King so much. It's my local store and is supposed to be convenient but it never is. My orders are always wrong in some way. Toppings I didn't ask for, missing ones I paid for, missing rewards items when I use my points, it's always something. It's been years of this. I'm going to start going to the one on 151/410. It's miles away from my home but at least I know the order will be right and the food will be fresh.

12/12/25 Order #48 ≈5pm 2 adult meals & 1 Kids Meal Let me start with the food quality, that alone was great. Fresh and tasty. We specifically came to try the SpongeBob promotional meals and they unfortunately didn’t have the pineapple boxes for the kids meals nor did they have the SpongeBob crowns.
The restaurant itself needs extensive deep cleaning. The tables and seats felt unclean, they weren’t visibly dirty but they felt dirty. The window sills next to the booths (which is where we sat) were so dirty and they seem to have been neglected over a long period of time. My kiddos went to the restroom and the door had no knob/handle.
Lastly, there was only 3 employees in the restaurant, the two cooks and the cashier for front-of-house and drive thru. The cashier’s attitude was atrocious. It took about 10 minutes to get helped (and I was the only person in line). As someone who worked fast food for 6 years, I didn’t complain and felt empathetic because I noticed their short-staff but her demeanor was almost as if we were bothering her at work. I definitely don’t entirely blame the staff because this feels like it has a lot to do with higher management but this was my experience and I will most likely not be returning to this location.

We decided to go get a meal at this Burger King at 3:15pm which they should be open and eve says on here.But when we got here we saw a truck waiting with their window closed.We thought they were just taking forever to order but no the workers were actually just not taking orders for some reason.Even the door was locked.We saw from the inside a worker on her phone doing nothing.The line was long and right now at 3:22pm the line still hasn’t moved.I wouldn’t recommend

Whopper Jr is the same size as a regular cheeseburger, both of which are about the size of a white castle slider. Food portion size is definitely a part of shrink flation. That said the food at this location is overly salted over cooked and your order is almost always going to have something missing or wrong. Today my Rodeo cheeseburger had no onion rings, so it was a cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and very little of it. My suggestion is to drive further out Potranco and go to the location near 211 if for some reason you want BK tiny food for an increased price.

Service was lacking. I ordered the food and was asked to wait for the food to be prepared, which was fine. I asked for happy meals because of the toys that were advertised. The worker taking the order never mentioned that they were out of the toys and replaced them with stickers. I also asked for a whopper with NO onions due to allergies. After I got home, I checked the whopper before my son ate it and I’m so glad I did because it had onions. I called to inform the manager that this was done and she responded with “does it say no onions on your receipt”. I told her it did say no onions on the receipt and she finally said I could bring the food back with the receipt. She didn’t even give me her name until I asked for it. Something really needs to be done to improve this BK before someone ends up in the hospital due to negligence.

Experience wasn't pleasant after finding not 1 but 2 hairs in my whopper burger. This is probably due to none of the employees wearing hairnets (including the manager). They gave me another burger but I did not feel like my hair experience was resolved. A full refund of my entire order would have been something I would have excepted and not have done a review as this one here today. Nobody seemed to really care much due to no one followed up by addressing the employees to wear or put on a hairnet. Bad experience and probably will never come back to a Burger King again. Someone needs to talk to the management, how long with reaching out to me if they ever want my business. Come on Burger King get with it! 👎🏻👎🏻

The employees are literally the most rude and disrespectful workers. They always look annoyed to be there and don’t have any patience for the customers.
Edit: I went back another day and I was ordering and the worker taking my order cut me off and said “what, are you writing a novel?”
