Went by this burger King which I've gone to multiple times. But very disappointed 😞 I showed up and ordered at 2:29 ordered two meals the dinning area had only myself my partner and another couple sitting at another table and one gentleman who was sitting alone the drive through was not busy . Normally I don't write reviews but the order was for dine in it took around 50 minutes reviced our order both orders were extremely cold . There was no lids for our drinks or napkins. Food was horrible I didn't want to ask them to remark it considering they took around 50 minutes the first time. Young man in the front that took out order was kind but food just was not it . Very disappointed again considering there was NO one in drive through or in dining area. Date 12/14/2025 time 2:29 pm please please do better thank you .

The cashier was a a joke. I ask him how much longer it was going to be cuz the guy behind got his order. He told me it was just nuggets,( which was fine) then he told me there are more orders then just mine. That this is a fast food restaurant. Then I asked again how much longer. He then told me the same thing, when the cook had told him it's ready. He would rather fight with me then just give me my food.

Still cheap prices on things when place try to gouge you. I'll definitely come back and make BK a regular with these prices. 2$ for 2 tacos less then 2$ for 4 jalapeno poppers These prices we're good and even the prices for the burgers Warren insane like we're seeing at McDonald's and everywhere else show the jalapeno poppers where great value

Place is a joke the manager was on her phone the whole time, we waited for our food for 20 mins we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. 4 ppl working the manager goes to the restroom and about 10 mins past and someone else walked in he waited for about 5 mins no one came up to take his order or acknowledge that he was there he walked out. For the 20 mins we waited for our food out order was still wrong….

They just get orders wrong which really sucks, they misplaced 2 of my items to something more expensive and still charged me for those items.

Just saw 2 young (workers),girls smoking in the parking lot and then going back inside to work and one of the girls literally bit a fry from the basket and threw it back in and continued to serve to customers!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Will not be going to this location anymore

My husband and I walked in with our kids ordered to dine in and the food took 20 minutes for our order the food was cold the cashier on Saturday July, 19th @8:00pm looked exhausted.. or just plan tired of dealing with customers coming in to oder, but she forgot my my fries the play area lights were off so my kids had to play in the dark for 30 minutes till they decided to turn on the lights. Also there's no ice or cold water at the fountain drink station. I asked for ice and front cashier had a slight attitude 😒 like the emoji i get it.. I get it i once was a cashier too but with a smile and enthusiastic attitude. So it wasn't even 10:00 and the team leader said we needed to leave the play area cause his boss told him to close it down mind you my son was still eating he's only 8 years old.. they need a new GM and a new team leader as well as a new manager, and crew only one that had a good happy attitude was light skin white girl on the drive thru register she needs a raise all im saying.

When I finally got someone's attention she got her manager, who very rudely told me that the only person who could take my order was training someone in the drive thru, and that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs!
