Ordered delivery 3 meals . Was shorted the 2 fries all the drinks and received none of the sauces. Now I can blame the drive for the drinks but the missing items not packed is the restaurants fault . I tried to call and there was no answer. Very poor service
Worst customer service in store at any restaurant I've been at in Texas. Drive thru is the fastest way to get fed they're poison.
Ordered delivery over an hour prior to closing, driver arrived and canceled because food wasn’t being made. Another driver assigned and informed me that the restaurant told them they did not have the items (burgers). This was an hour after placing the order. I called the restaurant at that time, just after closing and was told that they did not receive an order, then when informed them of the time the order was placed was told, oh they did receive it but they didn’t have the items available because they were closed, then when I reiterated that the order was placed an hour prior to closing I was told “I don’t have time for this if you want to complain then file a complaint” then hung up. You have one job… and on top of not being able to do that, you have zero customer service. Burger King Corporate needs to either shut this place down or bring in all new employment.

This location always sux cause the workers. There's no line and they still have u park in front and wait a long time. They don't even make the food right. I got a melt not toasted with regular bread. It was nasty

If it weren't for the food I would give 1 star, it's been 3 times that I've come EARLY to this place and they don't serve me due to lack of staff, and even though I'm the only customer they don't serve me, the door is always closed. If you don't plan to serve better, DO NOT OPEN, I honestly no longer recommend this place.

So I placed my order in the drive thru they had me park in front of the building after waiting for like 30 mins I went inside the store and ask the guy how long was my order going to take he says idk I work the back then he asked to c my recipe then the girl that took my order didn't know we're my food was trying to give me someone else food then the guy said we will make your order again so I waited longer then got home and found all my burgers wrong never again

The line wasn’t even moving for 30 minutes, they completely ignored everyone, and they took another 45 minutes to give us the food. We were just waiting for over an hour! Don’t come here.

How is this one still in business? Every time I go there, NO ONE (meaning customers) is EVER there, and they STILL manage to take FOREVER to do ANYTHING. HOW is this place still going? When you walk in, IT STINKS!!! Just DEMOLISH this one already. Put it out of its misery
