Just got off 12 hr shift, starving, very limited on places to eat being it’s a holiday. Waited 45 minutes in line and when it hits 10 being told they’re closed unless I had I a mobile order kinda sucks. Wish they could’ve at least finished the few of us left in line.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food and never received it. Someone came out and said it would be 10 more minutes. We said we could not wait and asked for a refund. The refund never processed

If I could give them a zero i would not only did they messed up my food but when I asked them if they could correct it The kid told me to hold on that he’s gonna go check if they can fix their mistake that I have already paid for and then he just never came back so after about 11 minutes, we finally drove off because you’re tired of waiting and everyone else’s food was cold so we got food that was indirect and cold food horrible experience
