Im giving it a 1 star I did a mobile order I went to pick it up and I should’ve checked the dang bag before I left but when I got home there were items missing. Tried to call the restaurant because I couldn’t go back and the phone was busy all day. Ridiculous

Waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru for lunch today. It should never take that long. Never got my food
I just made it home with food for my husband and I ordered a double whopper and was charged $12. When my husband went to eat we realized it was only a single patty! There was no line so they were not busy and everything was right on the screen so I don’t understand how it was so hard to make the order accurately.
