I just made it home with food for my husband and I ordered a double whopper and was charged $12. When my husband went to eat we realized it was only a single patty! There was no line so they were not busy and everything was right on the screen so I don’t understand how it was so hard to make the order accurately.

Here you get burned burgers and missing toppings! This place should be ashamed. It was disgusting and dirty inside. Mind you I waited over an hour for this trash. Never again!

Went in for a chicken sandwich and of course I waited a while...other orders after mine went out...I told them I wanted a refund apparently my food went out with another order won't be back. Manager outside just smoking ridiculous

Hello, i used to come to burger king all the time before and the food was always good and people were always nice, but this visit was very different. I went through the drive thru. Tayler had taken my order that day. She had the best customer service you could ever ask for. She was very nice and let me take my time she asked all the right questions and i felt very appreciated. Definitely the reason i'm coming back thank you to those who have trained her the whole atmosphere was different this time. Thank you for an amazing visit!!

I just want to come here and say that I had a great experience! The drive thru cashier tonight was the best!!! Her name is Taylor and she was super sweet, super efficient and most of all respectful!!! It’s hard to find this kind of service no days. I have to give her credit and I think everyone should!

I walked into the restaurant, 2 female employees behind the counter look at me (no greeting) then they walk to the side and begin talking to another employee, nobody to service the counter. I walked out then one of the females walks out to smoke a cigarette. I hope management sees this review.
I had gone here a couple days ago, the food was cold, meat was raw. The gm looked really unprofessional and was talking kind of rudely. I felt like they did not want me here, and did not want my service. Worst burger king I have been too in years. Highly recommend not coming here.

I’m giving grace for our food being hot and the mistake being that I didn’t assume there was sauce on a chicken sandwich. I asked for it to be remade due to that error and could see the frustration from the workers. I didn’t bother asking again for ketchup for our fries as she seemed pretty upset. I can’t totally blame her because they’re VERY understaffed. Prepare to wait extremely long and know you are inconveniencing them if you ask for anything else. I simply won’t be back.
