I just want to come here and say that I had a great experience! The drive thru cashier tonight was the best!!! Her name is Taylor and she was super sweet, super efficient and most of all respectful!!! It’s hard to find this kind of service no days. I have to give her credit and I think everyone should!

I walked into the restaurant, 2 female employees behind the counter look at me (no greeting) then they walk to the side and begin talking to another employee, nobody to service the counter. I walked out then one of the females walks out to smoke a cigarette. I hope management sees this review.

I had gone here a couple days ago, the food was cold, meat was raw. The gm looked really unprofessional and was talking kind of rudely. I felt like they did not want me here, and did not want my service. Worst burger king I have been too in years. Highly recommend not coming here.

I’m giving grace for our food being hot and the mistake being that I didn’t assume there was sauce on a chicken sandwich. I asked for it to be remade due to that error and could see the frustration from the workers. I didn’t bother asking again for ketchup for our fries as she seemed pretty upset. I can’t totally blame her because they’re VERY understaffed. Prepare to wait extremely long and know you are inconveniencing them if you ask for anything else. I simply won’t be back.

I went on Christmas Eve at 9:30 p.m. and they were completely slammed busy, a full packed drive-through and a full packed lobby. However, a man named Miguel had came in on his day off, took charge, and lead the full kitchen team into a well-organized effort that quickly got through the dozens of orders with precision, organization, and friendly customer service. The whole kitchen deserves props for getting through the Christmas Eve rush without complaint or frustratation; they simply pushed on, communicated with one another, and worked fluidly as a team to get the job done.

It's Christmas Eve, line in the driveway goes all around the building. Waited 45 minutes for our order. Burgers and fries were cold, onion rings were mushy. The girl working the drive through window was extremely kind, greeted us with smile and wished us a Merry Christmas. She made all the difference in our visit and the entire staff is greatly appreciated. Thank you for working late on Christmas Eve. Hope you have a blessed holiday.

Very unfriendly man at the window. My whole order was cold, even the hamburger patty, fries, bun, the whole combo. Doubt I will go back here.

Terrible experience at this Burger King. It took 30 minutes to get our food, which wasn’t even hot when we finally got it. They used the wrong bread on the Whopper, and the restaurant itself was filthy. The floors were so sticky our shoes were getting stuck. Save your time and money—don’t bother visiting this place.

This wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. The bread wasn’t warmed. And I waited over 20 minutes after being parked. I understand a fast fast food chain being busy and having to wait. But I feel like this location always excessive with the wait. I live 20 minutes out so didn’t bother going back
