Love the breakfast croissant sandwiches. The eggs and sausage obviously are made elsewhere, frozen and reheated on-site but are nevertheless tasty. Today, I tried the french toast sticks. THEY WERE AWFUL! Barely cooked on the outside and pure mush on the inside. I still can't get over $7.50 for the sandwich and a small softdrink. That's way too much for breakfast! Judging by the morning dining room traffic, I'm not sure how this location stays in business. One of the 4 employees spent an hour in the dining room looking at his phone. Another was periodically taking a smoke break on the patio.

I must admit that I have been steering clear of BK since 1999. Tonight my husband and I stopped there tonight because it was the only place on the way home. There were a few cars in the drive thru and about a dozen people in the dining room. There were only TWO employees working. We were greeted and tended to in a timely manner.
I have to say that I was blown away by our experience. My expectations were low. Even though the 2 employees were on an actively sinking ship, our food came out quickly, looked good and tasted so much better than we expected. Daniel came into the dining room to check on us! I don't think I have ever had that happen at a fast food joint. Daniel and his associate were very helpful and hospitable. I believe they both deserve promotions! To handle that situation so calmly and still make the food presentable... I'm super impressed!

Every time we visit this Burger King The same cashier or drive-through lady at night always has the same stink face. Her attitude is horrible. I’ve never been to this Burger King at night and she’s never not been there. She’s always there and she always is no help She never greets you. She takes your debit card shove your food at you in the window walks away slams the drive thru window
Please don’t need any condiments after that because it’s hell to get her attention to even come back to the window When I say she’s rude. That is an understatement. And the food is never hot!

Ordered over the app at 6:39 pm, app gliched, ordered again at 6:55. Was charged eventually twice. Arrived at 6:55, stayed a while in the drive through just to be ignored twice, went inside and finally spoke with someone at 7:15 and they told me that my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:55 wasn't ready. Picked up my food at 7:29.

Went to this Burger King 4 times in October and only one time had a small issue. All the other times had no issue. Food was hot and delicious for me and my daughter.

Handed my food off to delivery drivers and the second it is handed off they cancel and steal the food
Had a less than pleasant experience at this location. I was placing my order and the manager Alejandro pulled the cashier away while she was taking my order and put her on drive-through and let me wait for about close to 10 minutes before having her go back and help me. While I was waiting, he made eye contact with me and did not even say I’m sorry I’ll be right with you. I had to ask when somebody was going to be available to take my order. Then when I told him that that was very rude of him to pull her away mid-order he said that the drive-through was busy. He turned and walked away while I was talking to him. Rude and unprofessional. *audio attached *

Avoid this location at all costs. Ordered through the app, pulled up to the speaker, no one answered it. The second lane had 3 cars go through and still no one answered the lane I was in. Finally just drove up the window. She gave me my food and thankfully I look at it while sitting there because it was wrong. SHOCKING, I know. I then had to give it back to her and wait for 6 minutes to remake it. From the time I entered the drive thru lane to the time I left was 26 minutes.

Frequently gets the order wrong. You will stand inside and wait forever for someone to even speak to you while you stand infront of a register and line building behind you , let alone take your order. Inside is like an oven, you guys should really use an appropriate temperature for your employees and customers. This is not a one time thing, its pretty much every time I come here.
