Handed my food off to delivery drivers and the second it is handed off they cancel and steal the food

Had a less than pleasant experience at this location. I was placing my order and the manager Alejandro pulled the cashier away while she was taking my order and put her on drive-through and let me wait for about close to 10 minutes before having her go back and help me. While I was waiting, he made eye contact with me and did not even say I’m sorry I’ll be right with you. I had to ask when somebody was going to be available to take my order. Then when I told him that that was very rude of him to pull her away mid-order he said that the drive-through was busy. He turned and walked away while I was talking to him. Rude and unprofessional. *audio attached *

Avoid this location at all costs. Ordered through the app, pulled up to the speaker, no one answered it. The second lane had 3 cars go through and still no one answered the lane I was in. Finally just drove up the window. She gave me my food and thankfully I look at it while sitting there because it was wrong. SHOCKING, I know. I then had to give it back to her and wait for 6 minutes to remake it. From the time I entered the drive thru lane to the time I left was 26 minutes.

Frequently gets the order wrong. You will stand inside and wait forever for someone to even speak to you while you stand infront of a register and line building behind you , let alone take your order. Inside is like an oven, you guys should really use an appropriate temperature for your employees and customers. This is not a one time thing, its pretty much every time I come here.

I have not been to this Burger King in probably 2 years. Because the last time I got food poisoning, this time was wonderful. My chicken nuggets were extra crispy🦖, just like they should be, who wants a soft nugget.That's frickin' gross🤮

The guy in the drive through was wearing his hairnet, which was very much appreciated. It looks like they're trying to turn this BK around and get it running right.Thanks for the good service day, guys.I truly appreciate it.

Always fresh!! thanks for quality food as today hard to find still grilling off the racks BK! It’s my go to for breakfast also french toast sticks, croissant sandwich and hashbrowns. Also still have a the BK fish all year round. This location always clean and staff is awesome

Just now had a discussion with the employee at the drive thru. I told him that I didn't get the fries I ordered and he proceeded to be rude and dismissive. He handed my fries to me and stated that he was giving me free fries. He is very fortunate that my daughter asked me not to argue and just take the fries. I am still upset at the rude attitude and am venting here.

We had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without egg due to an allergy and asked for the egg on the side. Instead, we were charged for an extra egg. When we asked for help, the manager Stephanie responded rudely and dismissively. Feeling uncomfortable, we requested a refund. She processed something, gave us a receipt, and said it would appear in a couple weeks. It's now been over three weeks, no refund. We went back with proof, and the new manager said the previous manager no longer works there and he couldn’t do anything but offer food. We never even received our original order. Still waiting on a proper resolution.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I’ve been waiting over three weeks for a refund of $23.67, and the situation has been handled unprofessionally from the start. When I followed up in person, Alejandro, the shift manager, told me I needed to provide my bank statement—even though I was standing right in front of him showing it to him on my phone.

Despite doing everything they asked, management has continued to refuse to issue my refund. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service has been frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve never had to work this hard to get a refund for something that was clearly an error on their end.

This experience has completely changed the way I view this brand, and I will not be returning unless serious changes are made in how customers are treated.

If I could give zero stars I would!!
Extremely irresponsible cashier my son has an allergy and she completely ignored it and he finished up just before I could see it I specifically told her about it and nothing!!! I would have checked his food but I had trust in the fact that putting in an order wouldn’t be rocket science I was wrong train your employees better so that parents don’t have to worry!
