I go to this Burger King location relatively often. I have noticed a general drop in the quality of meals that I have been receiving lately. The reason for the One Star rating today is that Nobody showed up to open at 0630 this morning, 18 NOV 2025. There was no sign on the door to explain why. I didn't have time to go elsewhere for breakfast. I have never seen this happen before. Hopefully it doesn't become a trend!

Sometimes you just want that flame broiled taste. Good experience at this location food was hot drinks were cold. Katchup was red and tomatoei. Order was taken,prepared and delivered promptly. I recommend this location. Employees were professional & hard working.

In my opinion, this Burger King on Ft Sam Houston Army Base is the best in San Antonio. I went to several other Burger King around town, and they were awful.

Drove through here. Nobody answered at the kiosk even after waiting for a couple of minutes, so I went inside. They told me to come through the drive through again. Nobody answered again! So I left.Disappointed by the disrespectful lack of service.
