Went to drive through no response to order at screen where orders are taken . Left to front at drive through cashier one vehicle there waited when approached window they closed it waited . I could see cashier but didn’t opened so I still waited my God what’s next . Nope he didn’t opened it I gave up and took off . There were no customers at all there . I’ll try again next week hopefully management can repeat there duties..

Really seen a turn around . Claudio during night shift like 11 we came and he was so nice ! Really nice greeting and we got food quick and fresh. Just wanted to say he really made me and family’s night !!!

This location only had outdoor dining. The restroom was nasty. The outdoor dining area was dusty and dirty. When I said something about the dining area in front of the employees no one offered to clean a table for us. Management had an extension cord out the front door to a dining area outside making it difficult to enter and exit the restaurant. The extension cord was visibly damaged. This location is fairly brand new and we stopped to dine in but due to conditions we just ate in our vehicle. We will never stop here at that location again I'd rather go to a further location then do business here.

Save your time and money and go to McDonalds. We waited forever to the point that we had to leave. The car in front of us got a free ice cream and they just left with that (without paying). We ordered two cheeseburgers, med fry, and med drink…you would have thought they were trying to catch the cow to make our burgers because it took so long. Very disappointing

The onion rings were absolutely horrible. They had obviously been sitting for quite some time as one side of the onion ring was hard and chewy as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The burger was extra crispy. Not the best BK experience
Hands down worst BK in town. They don't even know how to ring something up. I had to get my $5 back that I was over charged. Then got the worst greasiest nuggest on the planet. Straight to the trash waste of my $4. Thanks BK looks the pics I took.
