My wife and I had a horrible experience the first time we visited order cold completely wrong the only thing the employee said to us was the total no apology for the excessive wait nothing.. now the second visit when we went back to attempt to get our order fixed was a much different experience… because the order box at the menu is t very loud I went straight to the window to talk (the lobby was closed) due to the great customer service I’ll be leaving a secondary review…

We ordered through Uber and our driver said it seemed like the employees didn't even want to be alive. They gave us lemonades instead of tea without asking because they were out, and they only gave us 2 of our coffees.

This is by far the best BK location I’ve been to (I’ve stopped at dozens all throughout the US while traveling for work). The workers are some of the kindest and hardest workers, shoutout to Dylan for always hooking it up with the best coffee in the am! Management is kind and always helpful as well. Whether you’re a fan or not of BK, I highly recommend trying this location to either turn around your opinion or make you love it even more
