Burger King on my number one I can get my rewards and I can cash it in for more than just one item when I'm low on cash and by the time I know who I am because I order the same thing over and over and I want to thank the manager I don't know her name I'm a diabetic and my sugar had dropped and she checked up on me she cared and I just want to tell her thank you the manager older lady with the glasses thank you...
This place is guaranteed to make you feel dumb for contributing anything to the paychecks of the people that get paid there.

Well I'm not going to knock yea but the service was slow made online order didn't drive through for 37 minutes finally got order no napkins no ketchup... Not even a smile or have a good night maybe they were short-handed but maybe she was tired we try better next time...

Worst Burger King I’ve been to in SA. Takes forever to fulfill pickup orders. Food is good, but workers seem to not care enough.
Place appears clean around ordering area. The tables are cleared of paper ect.. but appear to not have been wiped. I say this only after having been there at least 3 times. Because anyone can have a bad time once in awhile (short staffed too busy ) ect... But apparently this is the lay of the establishment. Ordered a medium onion rings got 5 onion rings ordered a small onion rings got ,5 onion rings ordered the large onion rings this last time got 8 onion rings. Fries you get a better quantity but they are usually old cold and hard and if you say anything they immediately become Accusatory your just trying to get your money back it ain't going to work.ect... if your in a real hurry and it's the only thing open I would consider it but the one on West Street is much cleaner food is hot and fresh. Service is much more friendly. ( IMO)

Can anyone explain why the manager Veronica is so grouchy? I get very perturbed when I come here. This location is closer to my home which means if I want BK, I have to endure her unceremonious attitude everytime. I can ignore the unfortunate souls and people drugged up outside but she is another problem. That seems like a woman who hates her job.

The food is okay. I don't really eat Burger King, not my cup of tea, anyways I asked for no onions as I am allergic, but it came with it, unfortunately I can careless about this, I can just pick them out like okay honest mistake. But the customer service here is not good, I used to work at a fast food restaurant i get it everyone has bad days. I hope they get through their shifts go home and rest. Other than that, everything else was fine the burgers were fresh the fries were fresh and the mozzarella fries.
