My husband put in our order and ask them for a double patty with cheese lettuce tomatoes pickles and he ordered just a regular burger with no onions but the cashier didn't listen and did it incorrectly and the cooks did it the way the cashier put it on there and then to top it off the person that was in charge I guess you was in charge that was taking the headsets refuse to take an order for a man because he had his dog in there and she told him to take out the dog so he took out the dog he wasn't upset he went back into order and she refused him and told everybody there the employees that if anybody assisted him they would get fired what kind of restaurant and people do you all hire they can't read they can't do the burgers correctly and that person that was in charge has a preference of who she wants to serve

My daughter went to Burger King on 11/20/25 with her 2 friends and was told to leave Burger King by an employee. We been regular customers for so many years now and for us to get turn down and kick out . One of your employees has been posting my kids online bashing them she always on her phone recording while working on the job. Very unprofessional management there try to talk to the manager about the situation but they turned us down and decided to be on employee side when everything shes done is not right at all she needs to be accountable for what she said about a burn victim yes my son is a burn victim.. and telling 18year olds they can’t order because they are with my daughter not even her friends could order.i hv everything to prove my case. No stars for from us had to put 1 star cause it wouldn’t let me but no stars so it’s no stars. How can I show my prove on here by sharing my pictures

Horrible!! Tables were filthy and asked twice for someone to wipe them and it never happened. No napkins was told they were out of napkins. Never received cups for our drinks and there was a roach crawling on the lids so I didn’t want to drink from there anyway. First and last visit to this place. It was disgusting and I really love Burger King. I have never ever had this happen before

I like coming here because people actually listen to what I'm ordering and it comes out the first time correct all the time compared to when I go to McDonald's that's located on Fredericksburg

Well cleaned store, employees are AMAZING only problem that was had was a homeless man tried to get into one of the managers faces and threaten her, although cops were called the only thing they did was ask that she close down her lobby for the safety of her and the other employees. I felt bad for her but she handled it very well, 10/10 for her.

Super dirty place, the bathroom was in terrible condition, there were no soft drinks, the service was extremely slow — probably because there was very little staff. There were a lot of homeless people around, the restaurant was all run-down, and the play area was all scratched up — really depressing.
We took the happy meal it was very hot inside
