Apparently, someone fried their arms off in the fryer. Because nobody answers the phone with no one at the drive thru and lobby seems empty. š¤¦š»āāļø just wanted to know lobby hours ā¦
But now Iām here reading they have ratsā¦.
Iām never eating at this location again.
Sometimes they get the order right But most of the time Details incorrect and the fries are cold and they forgot my drink

They have the whole damn dine in dirty they didnāt have much and they donāt tell you they just give you I wanted fries they gave me onion rings even though my aunt is allergic to onions. They need to do a better job.

Isnāt it crazy that Iāve been to burgerking twice within this month and itās closed early why false advertise 24 hours and it was not a holiday either came last night around 3 am for them to say it was closed not right hopefully it get fixed soon

Terrible, just go to another location. Tge management doesnt care either if they messed uo or the fact we were upset with the inconvenience.
I made an order at the wrong location, and ended up at this one. My sis also went by to pick up what we wanted since we paid cash, and items were missing and orders were all wrong. I asked for no ketchup and it had extra to my burger, we asked for two chicken sandwiches and they said they'd be fresh only ro find they weren't in the bag. The cheesy tots were cold, the fries were half filled.
We called once about thw missing chicken sandwiches, but after I tried to call again and they didn't answer. We went back to get things fixed, they didnt seem to care that the order was all wrong, and kept saying due to poor sales at night, they had to make up for it in the day shift. I fail to see how being understaffed is why they massively messed up my order, but they didnt offer anything to make the situation better.
Im severely disappointed with this location, just save yourself the time and money, and go anywhere else but here

I stopped her on my lunch break I went thru the drive thru to order my food the lady working the drive through said that she was having trouble hearing me and I asked her if I could order at the window because I have a tracheostomy and itās sometimes difficult to project my voice do to having vocal cord damage she told me that I was not allowed to order at the window I told her that I needed to order at the window and they are supposed to allow accommodations for people with ADA needs she told me no!!!! I called the store to speak to the manager and the person that answered the phone hung up in my face.

It's been a hot minute since I've eaten Burger King. We ordered 1 Large Whopper meal & 1 Medium, but we both got medium fries. The Whoppers were cold & the buns look smooshed but the flavor was there. That's my reason for only 4 stars.
Saw multiple rats in the kitchen and some in the playground area :( I hope they can get it taken care of soon!
