Whoppers literally folded in half, chicken sandwich not cooked thru. Cockroaches crawling on table had to kill 2 of them., no toilet paper or hot water in mens restroom, when food is all you do , and can't get it right, close it down. Owners should hold someone accountable. This place is on the verge of dismal failure ...

At 9pm I ordered me and my husband sandwiches, when I got home my royal chicken was missing pickles, bacon and cheese. I also found a hair in the sauce of my sandwich. When we called to complain they ignored the phone and let it ring.

The cashier Ms Lynette was handling money and went to drop tots into the deep fryer without washing here hands. She just grab the tots with her bare hands and also went and unlocked the restroom door... NEVER WASHED HER HANDS.

This place sucks, that store manager Martha has no idea what she is doing. I was waiting for an order the did wrong, front cashed ask her co worker how to put in a free ice cream coupon she responded with I don’t know ask the manager which was Martha! When Martha came over told the cashier the customer has to buy something and the cashier said she did then Martha didn’t know how to enter the coupon and told her am going to enter a dipping sauce but you will be short and walked away. The cashier just stood there with a face of confusion. SMH wow! Martha saw me standing there and didn’t care. Glad I recorded was hat happen so Martha can’t say it didn’t happen

I went to pick food when I saw they had patties in a ziplock bag reheated in microwave instead of their so called charbroiled as said on tv and manager seemed to get up set when I cancelled my order but really do you blame me I don’t even know when those cooked patties were cooked and they taking long to do microwave reheated burgers really
