I literally just pulled in san antonio to the place and it takes them 25 to serve 1 vehicle in the drive thru and I still didn't get any food and they only take cash for some odd reason

My mom tried to order the SpongeBob meal/ combo and the did not give us what we ordered, the fries were cold and we specifically asked for no tomato no onions no sauce and still they put everything inside I have to say 1/10 😒😒

I don't usually do this.. but damn… I Ordered a Whopper and immediately noticed something was off because the bag smelled like ash. When I checked, the patty was completely burnt, charred black and stiff. Really disappointing experience, especially since I spent good money and still ended up hungry.

My daughter needed to use the restroom so we stopped when I went to order the cashier was very nice but the manager wasn't very welcoming had an attitude cause he had to unlock the restroom food was horrible all the tables were dirty fires on the floor we went at 9am I had a dried up fry with my hashbrown meaning they didnt clean it the night before I dont know how this place is in business cashier was on her phone when the lobby could be cleaned then she was outside talking to the fruitstand ppl on the corner just dont come here or eat here

Went around 10:30pm and no one answered the speaker for my order so I drove to the window and the guy was on his phone just talking and then he opened the window and just stared at me like he was annoyed and when I told him I wanted to make an order he said there out of food . No motivation to work and makes Burger King look bad.

This place should be closed they’re smoking weed on the clock and do not want customers they do not answer the driver thru sat there for ten minutes not answer then drive up to window said I need to drive back around if I want to give my order!! When they opened the window all I could smell is weed god knows what they are doing to the food when they prep DO NOT bring your kids or grandkids to eat here WOULD NOT CHANCE IT!! There one of to things happening here. Either management knows and doesn’t care as long as they get your money or they don’t know which is worse either way do not come here. They do not want your business and I’m afraid if you don’t go there you or your family or your kids will get food poisoning, not worth the chance
