I am not usually picky with businesses, but this one is terrible, the staff is very unpleasant with customers and does not agree to let customers use the restroom.
I'm a dasher the restaurant is so dirty thy never have anything never see a manager everything is just so dirty I would never eat at this location this location is nasty

This place is so dirty,, it should not be open,, flies everywhere inside,, dirty tables, sticky floors, and the soda machine doesn't work. Nothing good to say about this place or it's employees

0 stars if I could. They will tell you they âlostâ your online order and have no trace of it, even after you pay and way past the scheduled time it shouldâve been ready. This place lacks professionalism, decent service, accountability, and good managers clearly.
Forgit one of my burgers and of course they didn't answer phone. There's always a issue with this burger king. Worst one ever
Inappropriate. I requested a door dash today from this food chain and I am beyond disappointed in how my door dasher was treated when she asked the woman working in front to provide me with fresh food because the food initially provided looked as if it had been sitting on the line since opening hour. The nerve to State that my order is just a door dash order and that she needs to calm down, suggesting my dasher not take my order as serious as if it were a customer face to face is absolutely unprofessional and pathetic. Have you ever heard of Acute bacterial gastroenteritis?? Yes take it very serious to avoid getting children or anyone at that very sick because of your laziness and imcompetence in food handling. You will never have to worry about me spending another dollar on the go from this place and your Cooperate office absolutely will be notified of the attitude and the lack of care shown today at this location when it comes to the health and satisfactory of your customers.

Went in for some breakfast and the employee completely ignored me and acted like as if I wasnât there and he was the only one working in the store did not take my order and just say acted as if I wasnât there and I couldnât get my food and almost late to work because of that and I only work about five minutes away and he completely disregarded that I was there and nobody was in the drive-through or at the store inside ordering but me. Wasted about seven minutes waiting for him thinking he was going to take my order just for him to keep staring at me while walking around.

We in about 8:30ish no one welcome us all we heard was cursing and the were closing down. Waiting a bit. All you heard was kids messing around. The place smelt like they been using dirty water for days to mop up place. We left no. One ever notice we were there.

Some man came through the drive thru yelling at the lady manager because he forgot to tell her to take something off his burger( everyone could hear him yelling) the lady manager kept her calm even after he came back yelling calling her unholy names. I really wanted to tell the man something how he was treating these kids that are just trying to work.

First off, I walked in and it was empty yet all the tables were dirty. Then I thought, âoh they just moppedâ but nope. Their AC unit throughout the store was leaking all over the floor everywhere. The whole floor is wet. Then thereâs tons of flies, ants and spider webs all over the dining area and tables. The fountain drink machine also didnât work.
Clearly, this restaurant is not for dine-in. They had 2 workers. They were very kind and sweet but the place was a mess.
I ordered the special drink that comes in a how to train your dragon cup and they didnât have it, and I paid extra for it. The kind cashier girl offered me another drink and I took it even tho it still was less than the cup I ordered. They had nothing in the How to Train Your dragon theme which isnât a huge deal to me but my kids were excited for it. The kids meal I ordered didnât have a toy either. I was just shocked at the atmosphere of this place. Theyâre clearly struggling with only 2 people. The cashier can only do so muchâŠ.

Manager is rude chasing a customer out the store and talking about the customers dead mother all because the employees and management can't pay attention to the orders also manager tried attacking the customer

If I could give zero star I would.
There is never a manager there the Employees donât even know what theyâre doing. Inside it is dirty. I will never go here again. Iâm very surprised they have not been shut down. Iâm sure thereâs a lot of code violations.
