It's rare that I go out to eat but when I do I like to come to this particular Burger King. They're fast the manager the team leads and the rest are very nice and friendly. I can understand them they can understand me. It's clean. Just very courteous and excellent customer service. I love it so don't you change anything. The best part are the hot chocolate chip cookies 🍪 🍪 😋

Hands down worst Burger King. Ordered through the mobile app and went to the restaurant at the time it said my order would be ready at. I get there through the drive thru and they say they cannot find my order in their system. I did double check it was the right address I ordered from. But anyways they make me park in the front to go wait for them to figure out where my order is, 20 minutes pass and I am outside in my car which has A/C issues because of this summer heat with my child and we are melting in heat outside, we could not make it any longer on the heat waiting, So I took it upon myself to get back in the drive thru line to let them know I am still waiting on my mobile order and they tell me at the drive thru window they still cannot find my order. And I was already charged for the meal on my debit card. The lady at the drive thru window(who seemed to have some sort of IDD) asked if I wanted to speak to her manager about this and I told her yes and the manager comes out very rude and says she cannot help me. So I wasted my time and money today because of them. They had my 3 year old child and I wait outside in the Texas heat for 30 minutes just to tell me they do not want to help me figure out this mobile order issue, even after I showed them my mobile order receipt. Thanks Burger King on 3102 Goliad SA,TX. And tell your staff to stop being so rude, careless, and clueless.66

The lady who was working at the window at 9:33pm on 6-26-2025 was extremely rude, we were trying to ask for something and she kept interrupting and then sighed heavily like she was frustrated with us , I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and understand having a bad day but we were not mean to her at all.

So I moved to this area about a yr ago and my grandsons love Burger King but this is the ONLY Burger King in San Antonio that NEVER has what you want. I’ve asked for churros this will literally be my maybe 15th time they don’t have them. It’s always when we get our truck. So if you know for at least a yr you run out maybe you should order more. They never have cheesy tots,if they do they’re old. I don’t understand why some places are like this. The one by my work on Fred rd would never. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shoutout to the crew at Burger King — you all killed it today! The drive-thru was quick, the staff was super friendly, and our order was 100% correct. The nuggets were hot, the fries were fresh and crispy, and everything tasted great. It’s not always easy to find fast food that actually feels fresh, but this location nailed it. 5 stars all the way!
The service was fast not super friendly. The Lady at the window seemed overwhelmed but, quick and efficient. Fries and Onion Rings were soggy and cold, also didn't get any sauce for the onion rings or the nuggets I ordered. Firey chicken wrap flavor was good, chicken in the wrap was either overcooked or sitting for a while.
I haven't been to Burger King for a long time and I'm kind of disappointed that this was my experience coming back

Very poor customer service. Always rushes you through ordering, Tried to order at 11:30, was told they didn't have change for my bill and was told they aren't an flipping bank. Not my problem, you are a business, get your mgr to go to the safe and break it. That's customer service.
