DISGUSTING!Do not eat here !Rude nasty people work here. They cross contaminate.All of the staff smell as if they don’t shower and they look like it too.Flies and roaches everywhere you can not sit inside without bugs crawling on you or your food. Very rude manager/ lead whatever she is. No one lasts working here for long. HIGH TURNOVER RATE.HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN ???The health Dept. is slipping to have not caught these sickening conditions.

Very poor service, the cashier lady had a negative attitude, I just asked for ketchup, and she told with an ugly attitude wait ✋️ I'm talking with another customer. I love to eat Burger King. But I don't really recommend this location.

Abysmal. Went in. First of all asked if we could swap the soft drink in the meal for a shake.."what do you mean?".... explained again and were spoken to like 10 year old by a server with the inability to be pleasant or listen. Then husband ordered his meal and I asked for exactly the same. Only one meal presented, looked at receipt, only one meal. Asked where mine was and was told I hadn't ordered "I asked if there was anything else". I pointed out I had very clearly placed my order. Nearly pointed out less chatting/flirting with a colleague would have helped. Got food, left went back to the hotel fries were cold. We asked for two whoppers. We got a bacon burger and a cheeseburger, both in whopper wrappers. My burger was disgusting and along with the cold chips went in the bin. Nice little scam to raise the profits...Oddly I had been undecided on a whopper or cheeseburger so clearly the very rude server heard something I said. Sullen, unprofessional and incompetent......worst branch I have ever been to. Needs closing..

Food is ok , but one of the Managers with blonde hair looks and sounds like shes under the influence . Yelling at the employees very unprofessional . It was also slow during everything I experienced so I don’t know What all the yelling was about made me very uncomfortable.The employees looked stressed. I think Venus was her name and she made sure my fries were fresh as requested .Will return but don’t know if I’ll be back to “enjoy” my food in the lobby.

I wish I could rate this 5 stars because I absolutely love burger King but today I got a kids meal and they messed up my WHOLE order! The drive thru lady working 2-15-24 at 430 pm was rude as well. Wrong drink and burger and missing fries. Do better burger king!

0 stars!! When someone orders food a certain way that's what you want to receive, especially when the slogan is " HAVE IT YOUR WAY"? then why don't I get it my way? I had to go back and forth just to get what I ordered the first time!!

The service is terrible! The drive thru lady had us waiting to take our order for 7 minutes in silence. When we finally received our food it was cold. The least they can do is be friendly. If this is the line of work you choose, customer service would be a great skill to learn. If ur craving BK, I recommend going to a different one or just picking McDonalds instead. I'm never going back there again.
