A solid 4 star across the board. They could improve in their speed of service and food preparation which tends to be slow at times but overall they do a good job. The atmosphere and the location is a plus.

In the Asada Loaded Fries, the "Grilled Beef" was a dried out, over-cooked burger patty that was first cooked and then cut into 1/2 inch pieces... same for the "Grilled Beef" in the Burrito Bowl. While literally accurate, I don't think it's what anyone expects... Also, it seems like the location isn't being managed very well? More than 20% of the lightbulbs were out or flickering. They were out of the chicken nuggets from the kids menu. Storefront window decals still proclaim "Burgers, Paletas, Raspas, Nieves" - I don't think they have sold Paletas, Raspas or Nieves for a long time because when you ask if any are available, the staff appear to wonder why on Earth you'd ask the question... which is doubly sad because the paletas were very good....

Loved the vibe and decor, the waitress was nice but seem like she was over it, as the food was delicious.

This place is really big and has a huge coffee and food menu. I had the Pina Colada and even though it took awhile for it to come out (I think they were training the employees) it was really delicious and sweet!
I also ordered the chicken burrito bowl. It was absolutely delicious BUT it was very small for the price!! And after looking at other reviews and photos, it's very obvious that we got ripped off because other people's burrito bowls were wayyyyyyy bigger. We got served like HALF of what other people got which is not fair.
In total for a drink and the bowl + tip I paid around $40usd! If the portions were bigger I would definitely come back otherwise it's really pricey.

The salsa was alright. It's more like liquid bean dip. I enjoyed the chicken burger. I had tater Tots with it over all the food was good. The margarita i had was alright. The outdoor seating was nice! Love the environment!

The food here was good and the atmosphere is great! But the service was pretty bad. It's empty in here and yet we've been waiting to pay for 20 minutes. Not sure how they aren't being more attentive.

Don't get a margarita here unless you ask them to make it fresh/individually in front of you. Otherwise it comes from a pre-made dispenser. What comes out is basically water and what I hope is lime juice, but probably a mixer of some kind based on how sickly sweet it is.

The food is subpar, not only was it 80 bucks for 3 burgers , asada fries and 4 drinks. It took nearly an hr to get the food and we were the only ones in the building . The asada fries was not even asada it was a burger patty cut into lil pieces ,$14-15 asada fries you can afford to put real asada meat.
Worth $80 to know this place was not worth it . Tasted like the bill should have been $40. Could have went to Whataburger for a better meal . I don’t mind the bill but it was not worth it at all . Can not believe you put pieces of a patty on fries and call it asada fries . Smh
I don't understand why we can't customize our orders at the Frost Bank Center. I wanted a hot dog without the mayo but they would not accommodate me so I had to pick something else. So disappointing. It wasn't even busy, like how hard is it to leave off a condiment, geeze.

Our server was as attentive as she could be considering the place seemed under staff. Food and appetizers were good. NOTE to management. Staff for the business you want, not the business that you have.

Cute spot in Southtown to try. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Delicious food! - I tried the Chipotle chicken sandwich and the Burger. Iced coffee and a churro for dessert was ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely be going back.
