My son went with a friend & was told they were drunk & needed to leave. The bouncer escorted them out but my son & his friend were trying to explain to the bouncers they weren’t drunk they just bumped into a few people cuz my son is blind. They apologized to the people they bumped along the way & the people didn’t seem bothered by it. After they were outside on the stairs & were trying to explain, the bouncers pushed them halfway down. My son then got upset & threw them a water so they beat him even after he was cuffed and unconscious. My son then got arrested and charged with assault on a security office cuz he was trying to defend himself so he is now facing prison time. I bailed him out of jail & took him the ER were they confirmed he still had a concussion over 24 hrs later. He can’t even eat properly cuz he also has broken teeth! I wanted to respect his privacy but also felt I needed to put his story out there.. DO NOT go to this place!!

Does not follow any kind of capacity rules. No air conditioning. I went on Saturday I was not drinking and almost passed out due to the heat inside. No heat, no monitoring how many inside, security just keeps letting everyone in until no more can fit. Instead making sure I was okay multiple staff just told me I have to move away from the entrance despite motioning multiple of them that I was in need of help. Once I cooled down I was able to go home, but I could only imagine how someone who may be in a worse position would be overlooked and unhelped.

I went to pick up a fare from Burnhouse last weekend and a guy was walking around with an AK-47. I verified with my passenger that it was in fact real, and he made a terroristic threat. I called the cops immediately. Where was security?

They literally are amazing I had a emergency situation and they helped me quickly and effectively the owner is amazing they will treat you like family solid 10/10

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would . I was really in disbelief with my visit . Me and my family decided to give this spot the benefit of the doubt due to its reviews but can see why this place doesn’t have the 5 star rating. We went 1/31/25 and a fight broke out. Instead of “Security” doing their job and getting the perpetrators he went after the innocent group. And allowed them to keep getting attacked and beaten while standing there. It’s mind boggling that this place is still running, It has incompetent security guards , staff and owner. This place needs to be shut down after reading the reviews and how their security handles situations improperly and how management hasn’t made a dent to make changes, it’s no brainer this place needs to be shut down . If you’re looking to have a good time , I do not recommend this place at all. Your well being is more important.

Loved the atmosphere and the restroom attended had everything a female could use, she was a life saver
I visited @burnhousesatx tonight with the expectation of a safe, enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. At some point during the night, without any reasonable cause or warning, club staff/security forced me onto the floor. I was not acting aggressively or posing any threat to staff, patrons, or the venue. During this unnecessary restraint, I sustained injuries to my knees. The action was excessive, unprovoked, and left me not only physically hurt but also distressed and shaken by the lack of respect for my safety and dignity. Despite my attempts to explain my situation and assure the staff of my peaceful intent, I was handled with undue force. I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of the security team and the lack of concern for patrons' well-being. This situation reflects a failure on the club's part to provide a safe, respectful environment for all guests. I am considering appropriate follow-up action to address this mistreatment and prevent similar incidents for future patrons.

Waitress Got mad at Customer because he was simply dancing and made her spill her drinks when she didn’t even say anything to notify him. Then was kicked out when it was a mistake. She just unleashed anger opon him and didnt even say sorry.

Cover charge changes depending on feelings. Drink prices inside are cheaper than outside, by a few $. Definitely poppin but the environment cultivated in this place leans to a very specific type of group.
