Everything was wrong. They were not even busy. It was me and 1 other car. My drink was wrong and even though I specifically asked to have it while I waited for the food mentioning that I was thirsty, I didn't get it until I finally left my vehicle and went inside where I found my full order plus my credit card unattended on a side table. They keep your credit card way too long. Im going to stop going to this Thousand Oaks location. Plus the receipt was illegible. Finally, the food gave me diarrhea for 2 days that required medication to control. I had the baked chicken with green beans. It actually tasted fine but I gave 1 star due to causing illness. I'll wait a couple/ few months to go again. If the situation has improved I will delete this unpleasant review.

Went to the drive thru and the guy refused to take 2 steps to my car!! Apparently I didn’t park exactly at the stop sign he stood there until I move my car 2 steps closer before he would take my order!!! Extremely petty!!! This is how you run a business?!?
Purchased 2 piece breast dinner. Meat was like chewing rubber. Tried calling several times with NO answer. Very disappointed!

I just went in and ordered a 15 piece family meal, which mind you is supposed to come with 10 rolls. We got 9 stale pieces of chicken and 4 rolls! Not to mention the place is extremely understaffed and slow as heck. I did feel for the poor girl trying to help behind the counter, and I had already known service is slow here, but dang! This is the worst location for chicken I have ever been to. This isn’t the first time we have had issues here either. They need to bring back the original Chicken Express that was there!!!
