I haven't been to a Bush's Chicken in a long time and I couldn't remember why, so I decided to try it again tonight....Now I remember why I stopped going, It's because their prices are so ridiculously overinflated.I didn't see any prices posted on the menu board and whenI asked for an 8 piece chicken with 2 sides, I was shocked when she said my total was $38.00!That is completely ridiculous!And when I asked for a senior discount, she said they only discount single meals and family meals are not discounted. Unbelievable!?Plus, there's a 3% upcharge if you pay by credit card. Utterly ridiculous!?I can't believe people go out of their way to eat there. I think what they charge is highway robbery.I will never go back to Bush's Chicken again.??Price gouging should be against the law.I should've gone across the street to Popeyes.One positive note: My server was as sweet she could be.

After 20 minutes of waiting in the Drive-Thru and having had no one tend to me as well as several cars behind me placing orders, receiving them, and heading out, I decided to go inside to order. Normally I don't give 1 star reviews if there is some attempt to rectify a mishappenening, but all I got was a "sorry about that",a family that had to wait longer, and pay full price for service that didn't match. Very unfortunate
Is this Bush's Chicken headquarters?! You all are doing an amazing job! From the busser, cashier, chefs to the the manager, you all are doing great! Your management is outstanding. Please keep up the good work.

My mom and brother ordered here a few weeks ago and got sick from the chicken the same night. This was confirmed by their doctor(s) and when my mom relayed the issue to the manager and she disregarded the situation. Wouldn’t recommend eating here!
