Should have looked at the reviews before coming, but walked in was told will be right with you waited another 7 minutes and still nothing so walked out. Only 2 people working shows you don’t care about service. Have never tried the food and will not be getting another chance.

General manager woman gave me an old slimey gallon of tea after I asked for a fresh one when I ordered. After going back and telling her it was old and slimey she didn’t apologize or offer to get a new one. Got my money back. Huebner or Bandera locations would never!! Not coming back to this location. Service was horrible as soon as we entered we were ignored by the gentleman behind the counter. The lady who came in and was doing online and togo orders eventually acknowledged us after waiting at least 10 minutes! Food wasn’t fresh. Do not recommend!

Worst service and drive thru. Always a long wait, most people leave because no one ever comes out to take your order. Ordered and paid for my food for them to tell me its not available and itll be 15 min. Already waited in the drive thru for 15 min so said fine I'll wait. They bring out my food to tell me the cashier didnt even ring up half my order and I need to pay again. For a cup of gravy and side of okra.. 40 minutes waste of my time. Food is not that good. Horrible service dont wait in drive thru ever.

2nd attempt to purchase some delicious Bush's chicken but to no avail. 1st time out of chicken and this time no service in that silly drive thru. About 4pm and watch 2 other cars drive off. I waited but no one came out so drove off like the others. I don't know why Bush's does not have the usual drive thru communication which would improve service. I live nearby but had to travel up blanco for Popeyes where we order over the communication system and received prompt service and delicious hot chicken. I have scratched the Bush's off my list. I didn't rate the food since in this review since none received. No one likes being ignored. No bueno service. Oct 23rd

I have not had a problem until now, but I go and order a 4pc tender meal for 12.23 and when I get home I find that there is no chicken in the box. I tried to call the phone number to tell them what happened and try to get my money back but the phone goes straight to there message box and I get an automated messages saying that it has not been set up yet. I am usually I pretty understanding person but this is just unacceptable. This location needs to do a better job in order confirmation and customer service.

Every time I come to the location on Blanco and Bitters, they are super kind. I really appreciate that and their good food. I'm glad that Bush's Chicken hires great people to work for them. The food is good, and the workers are wonderful! I can go at a super busy time, or slower time, and they are literally always nice. I don't know all of their names, but I should make a better effort to learn them. The manager today, Shanice, was super kind despite them being super busy. The food is good and I love their tea.

Just wanted management to know that, Shani is one of the hardest employees I’ve seen working in a long time. She moved from one area of cleaning to answering the phone and was nonstop the entire time we were there. Her customer service is great and ensured that we received our food in a timely manner. She’s definitely a keeper. Take care of her. Thank you for the great service.
