So disappointed, picked up food from here for me and my daughter the chicken was burnt , the Mac and cheese was so dry and no flavor at all ,sodas were flat ordered okra, and it tasted super soggy like as if it was sitting there for a long time. The only thing good was the

I was just at Bush’s chicken, ordering food on the way home that my husband asked me to get and bring home as we were out. I ordered online using the DoorDash pick up option embedded into Google Maps, using my own name and email and my husband’s credit card. I placed the order and it was confirmed at 5:09 PM. I got a notification that it would be available between 5:25-5:30 PM. I arrived at the store and there were many cars in the drive through, so I went into the restaurant where the employees were all working very hard. There were many people in line and I told the employee at the register that I had an order for Suzanna. She told me it would be 15 minutes. I waited while all of the people in line, who had placed their order 20 minutes after I had placed it online, got their orders ahead of me, and then I was told that they were out of MAC and Cheese and I would have to “ask them” what else the supposed other person ordered. I said no, this was my order, I was not picking up for someone else, and I had to wait a very long time for my order. I completely understand that they were busy, but I do expect orders to be processed based on the time that the order was placed, not on the time that someone enters the establishment. I completely understand that some restaurants may have trouble with DoorDash, but that does not mean that other people should be served first, especially if the order was already paid for. The food was great, as always, but I would strongly advise not ordering ahead, as you will not get your order in a timely manner.

The bathroom was very nasty.When I went to the counter to inform the person at the Register,she was rude and dismissive. I decided not to eat there knowing the bathroom toilet had poop in it, trash can full of trash, and it smells. I left, call to complain, and the person who said she was the Mrg. hung up on me.

Drove up no one came out waiting over 6 minutes. So pulled around went inside only one person working trying to order an the girls attitude was really and after she gave ? every time asked something I just said forget it and left. I stop through ththus location often to get a tea for work. But no more .
Late visit Wednesday night but young was polite and efficient. Food was hot and brought out quickly.

The good was hot and delicious. They were waiting on fries when we got our order in, and I think they forgot about us. I beleave a new employee was handing our order and forgot the rolls with our order. But, when our food got delivered, it was juicy.The restaurant was clean and ready for customers.
Switched to this Bush’s location because it’s clean, brightly lit, the staff acknowledged us when we approached the register, they were fast and efficient. Plus the tea was FRESH even at 8:00pm on a Wednesday!!! Definitely our new Bush’s location.

This is the third time I have been at this place. I have tried different days and times. Each time I go the rolls I get are burnt and overcooked. I believe this is on purpose because I am african American. I think they are trying to harass me by burning my rolls and making fun of the fact I am black. I always have to complain about my food and take back. I paid cash today 7/23/23 and did not recieve a receipt. If you are african american and read this please start writing a review if you recieve bad service. I believe this is a pattern of harassment at this establishment.
