This Bush's chicken is the best location we have visited. Their assistant manager Luis it always nice and professional. I have an autistic daughter that I always bring with me and his attentiveness is great. It can be hard dealing with all the questions and all the talking but he's never rude and continues with a smile on his face. Thanks for the great customer service. Plus their food is always hot and delicious!

Just left from here ordered $55 worth of food and asked for extra seasoning packets I didn’t get one single one …😒 Also my mash potatoes taste so bad not edible. Don’t like how they take your card without telling you a price and keep it on them the whole entire time…. Used to love this place but not anymore ☹️☹️ also I showed the person taking my order the post from instagram they just posted a day ago about ordering a large buffalo fry and get a free large sweet tea and was told that’s not a thing… when it’s literally on their instagram page

I ordered 2 big orders of the chicken strips and sides for my company I was told I had to go in and wait in line like everybody else cause they do not do phone orders so I do exactly that.I asked if I could plz have some ranch for my chicken strips and was told only gravy comes with them then the guy wanted to charge me more money if I wanted ranch..really I just spent over 120 dollars and you can't give my 2 small packs of ranch ....worst customer service...I will not order again from here nor will I recommend you ..whatever happen to Customer Satisfaction?

we ordered then told we would have to leave due to the chicken wait while waiting one of sides got thrown away making us wait longer and omg we get home and a roach was in our food this place needs to be check by health department and i didnt know people from outside could come inside and stand at counter to sell to employees while customers have to wait since all employees stop working to buy from those outside selling fruit cups and cakes. then could of taken turns not all at one time willnt come here again they can keep there roaches

The WORST thing a business can do is have customers give their bank or credit cards to a server outside and the server takes your card for an extended amount of time inside where he/she could be taking photos of your card and using them for online purchases. Horrible practice, Bushes Chicken. Get your servers mobile credit card machines like Chik-fil-a and other businesses and stop the massive amount of bank fraud!
