When seeking for chicken pulled up no line no one at drive thru, about a minute a young female walked out and asked for the order. I told her I don’t see the prices on the board, she hand me her mini clip board and showed the prices, asked her how big are the tenders she stated it’s up the cook on the size range I was baffled by that thought it would be common size or bigger. I then ordered the 16 piece tender family and she stated $31 for it. Handed my card and she walked inside. Soon after more cars showed up. She handed me my card and recipe and seen a %3 charge on it when asked she was for the card use. I’m really bother by companies pushed for card readers and pay by card no we as customer are charged for the use of our bank cards. SMH! Then get home and no taste in the batter used, nor the gravy had taste either, the Mac n cheese too tasteless :( First time here and definitely the last time.
Food is good for fast food. Front counter person was great did a good job with my order. I ordered 3 thighs but they were out and it was going to be a few for them to come out. He gave me 3 breasts instead at no additional charge. Manager was friendly and on top of things.

I was impressed coming here and sitting down during lunch. I thought it would be a hassle. I was wrong. There was a line when I walked in, ordered in minutes. The GM was sitting down speaking to someone, possibly to hire. He finished and saw there was a lunch rush. He took action and started taking orders. We received our food quickly. It was fresh and correct. I had the Buffalo fries meal, it had plenty of buffalo sauce on ALL of the chicken. My daughter had the tenders meal. Came with a cookie. The bathroom was well maintained and smelling good. I love the Easter paintings on the windows! Always love coming to Bush's!Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. I like how the buffalo fries remain edible after a couple of minutes and for a long while after, but if you have not brung back the original tender tuesdays you should so I ask of you please. I like the generous season packets and sauces are amazing. Good service by personnel each could be a manager. Nice option for gallon of tea. Thanks.
