Chelo’s offers a great dining experience with hearty portions and plenty of variety. The menu has everything from comfort food classics to lighter options, and the flavors are consistently good. The staff is warm and attentive, which makes the meal more enjoyable. The setting is relaxed and perfect for either family gatherings or casual nights out. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get. Overall, a dependable and tasty spot.
I searched for Puerto Rican food, Rosa's Cafe came up, it was nearby, i was hungry and was formulsting a specific dish in mind, when i arrived, it was very active; i was offered service immediately; however, i also noticed the menu, didn't come close to a Puerto Rican restaurant, this place was wholly, strictly, and not to be confused with anything BUT Mexican style food, so with my hunger, i had to change what i wanted.
Love the fact that the owner takes time to welcome you and carries a small conversation with you when you become a regular there, she's great. Good food and service,that's hard to come by these days. ?
