Discovered this Gem about 4 years ago and I try to visit often when I’m visiting my mom. Carne Guisada is just right !! Perfect cuz not to heavy on spices and soft …. Along with the homemade tortillas which are some of the best. Small place with big mexican taste just like mom used to make . Best for breakfast for sure since that’s what I’ve had more of . Need to go for lunch and check it out soon ! If ya haven’t been , you’re missing out !!!! Waitress is sweetheart and ya often catch the owner there being friendly and providing excellent service !

I usually go off reviews. And when I arrived there was only one car here. So I was kinda skeptical to go in and try. Glad I did the tortillas were homemade fresh soft. The coffee was strong but nothing a little creamer could fix. I liked it.

Grub hub menu isn’t updated, has absolutely no al pastor tacos, menudo is not fresh. Food is over cooked, over priced and not worth the ordering. Very disappointed. Menudo shouldn’t leave a sticky feeling. No tortillas even though it’s on the order. Tacos were sent of asada because they don’t have al pastor without notifying. Tortillas were microwaved and stiff meat was not good either. We had one or two spoons of menudo and threw it away. My daughter had 1 taco and said she didn’t like taste.

I started eating at Cafe Rosa's#3 just after they opened. In all theses years I have never been disappointed in the presentation or flavor of their food. They have always treated me a gringo who loves Mexican & Mex-Tex food like their best coustmer. If feels good to go out to a nice restaurant with a nice business owner who's staff is fantastic.

They have very good meals and very good service. We enjoy stopping by for breakfast!
Their online ordering does not work. You pay, and it does go to the company. I was charged rwuce. Still no refund. Terrible experience.
