This place needs to stop taking people's orders if they can't keep up with them
Excellent service, great taste and ambient đ
Please be careful reading the instructions for Uber eats orders. Iâm allergic to cheese. Paid $31 just to be able to eat half my order.
My mom, my daughter and I walked in, the man at the counter was smiling and friendly to another gentleman who was already paying, and then to a lady, but when it was my turn his face changed completely and he seemed serious, even when I asked him about one of the waters they have there, about whether it had flavor, he said: I don't know, I haven't tried them, in a very rude way, I don't know what it was but it did make me feel really bad, and I asked him two questions about the side dishes and he was really serious when he answered, well I rushed to order and he left me standing there and I had to ask a woman who was further back if I should wait for the food or if they would bring it, and she was friendly, the food has nothing special on the contrary it has almost no flavor

I typically enjoy coming to this gym, but I had a disappointing experience today at the restaurant located inside. After finishing my workout, I approached the counter to ask about the shakes. I inquired whether they contained protein, and the staff member (a tall, thin white male who has worked there for years) replied, âSome of them.â I asked if they had just protein or included PDM (protein drink mix), and he abruptly said he didnât know what that was and walked awayâwithout any courtesy or offer to assist further.
He began helping a seated customer without ever saying, âIâll be right with youâ or offering to follow up. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or effort to answer my question would have made a big difference.
I hope management takes note, as customer serviceâespecially at a health and wellness facilityâshould be helpful and respectful.
Iâve seen the reviews and I management should take addresses this, as everyone deserves to feel respected and acknowledged when seeking help or making a purchase.

Iâm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I found a toothpick hidden inside my burrito, which could have seriously injured me had I taken a bigger bite. When I brought it to the cashierâs attention, she gave me a blank stare and casually said it was âpart of the burrito.â Iâve eaten this same burrito at other locations many times and have never encountered a toothpick in it.
Whatâs more concerning is the lack of care or urgency from the staff. I had to insist that they let the cooks know, because this isnât just a mistake, itâs a dangerous one. Iâm sharing this review not out of anger, but in hopes that management takes food safety more seriously moving forward.

Great place; wonderful healthy food.
The Turkey avocado wrap was delicious and the service was great. I would recommend visiting for a nice light meal.
Love it, great food and a really good pecan coffee

The good reviews for this place seem fake, because the cafe is offering âfor a good 5* review you will get a small discount on your next mealâ. Thatâs against Google policy!
Not a place Iâm going back or recommending. The aroma of a rubber tires not the most appetizing, but I was hungry after my busy morning, so I have decided to sit outside and place a to go order.
The front employee (thin, unpleasant and sloppy looking Caucasian male) wearing a blue shirt with absolutely filthy undershirt that was sticking out never greeted any guests before me and I was treated the same way. I informed him that Iâm picking an order to go. He matched my name on the bag, but still was trying to grab my phone to see the confirmation (I didnât have a problem to show my phone screen, but there is not need to touch it).
The food wasnât good and fruits were not ripe, I tossed it away. I also didnât get any napkins or utensils, so I had to lick the bowl and itâs lid đ€Šââïž
The overall feeling of this place like I was at a gas station, but with the gloomy worker. He was serving customers and answer the phone in the same rude and unprofessional manner. Tables inside and outside were dirty, dirty door handles and overall the smell and everything looked sticky and not fresh.
My fave spot for Mexican food super home made!
First time eating Vegan and I was blown away by the restaurant. The atmosphere was great, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Try the Turkey Chili it's fantastic

I have enjoying breakfast and lunches here at CafĂ© Vida for the last four years. In all categories, (food, service and atmosphere), Cafe Vida consistently excels. Further, at the location I am familiar with, (Rogerâs Ranch), they are a GREAT compliment to the gym.
