Cookies arrived frozen and were bad. Description mentions nothing about them being frozen

Worst cookies I have ever eaten, prepackaged and frozen. Hard as rocks, you should not expect fresh soft cookies.

There’s no mention that the cookies come frozen and prepackaged. I spent $20 for worst tasting, rock hard gas station cookies. Not ok guys. Change your description so people understand what they’re getting.

I did get an extra cookie. However they were definitely cold. After warming them up they tasted better. Chocolate chip was a basic chocolate chip a little too sweet. I love a brown butter cookie. They would taste better combined!

Tasted good enough but paid $14 for 4 frozen, pre packaged cookies. For that price we at least expected them to be fresh.

Cookies were frozen. Guess expecting fresh was too much. Brown butter sugar cookie was tasteless. Beyond disappointed.

I ordered these cookies from doordash and they got delivered to my house completely Frozen and terrible and for the price they're super small you're better off just going to crumble cookie !! Total ripoff !!

Terrible cookies. Avoid. You couldn’t pay me to eat them again.

AMAZING!! I felt like I was levitating into the transcendent abyss as I took a bite of the delectable warm brown sugar cookie. No doubt my favorite cookie in the history of cookies! You haven’t lived if you haven’t tried them yet!

The cookies were small and rock hard. I almost broke a tooth. Not very tasty either.

Sorry. Don't expect much. This is an "off the rack" cookie. Like the kind you might find in a hospital gift shop that is labeled "Gourmet".I tried the chocolate chip with walnuts. Why people don't use pecans I will never know.Mild, forgettable chocolate, under salted and unremarkable. Greasy without the thrill of buttery taste. That mealy kind of texture that just scratches up the inside of your mouth. Bran cereal does the same thing but at least you're getting some fiber.Delivered out of a ghost kitchen. There is no justification for the price. I'm not cheap, but I do like to get what I pay for.One 3.5 inch cookieis $4.32 after tax. No tip. Mouth pain included. If you had them delivered you'd be out a nice piece of changefor something not much better than gas station cookies.I try not to be so harsh but I can't help it.I'm looking for a good CC cookie in this town. The search continues.Verdict : Avoid...Not bad, but not worth it.
