We went when the place was not busy at all there were 3 tables being served. We ordered two drinks a mojito and a sangria it took over 30 minutes for us to receive our drinks. When we were leaving management was standing by the entrance openly complaining about customers. We won't be back

The place is great, the food is sensational, the drinks are delicious. The only downside is that the place smells strongly of cat or dog poop. I'm not sure, but it smells...
Delicious food!!!!

This restaurant overcharged me and refused to do anything about it. I ordered a coffee flight for $16.95 and placed my order myself using a QR code at the table — there was no table service involved. I still decided to leave a $1.00 tip, and my emailed receipt showed a total of $19.34 after tax.
When the charge posted to my bank account, I noticed I had actually been charged $21.73. I called and spoke with the manager, who told me he couldn’t do anything. When I pointed out that they had charged me more than the amount shown on my receipt, he replied, “Well, I can’t refund you, that would just be giving you money,” and admitted the owner wouldn’t help either. He claimed the difference was due to an added service charge, which is illegal since there was no notice of any service charge on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant — and it was added after I paid and received my receipt.
This is deceptive and unethical business practice. The prices are already extremely high for what you get, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone and had to report the charge to my bank as fraud.

Service was terrible. Cancelled our order of 2 coffees after 45 minutes. Asked for water several times and never received. Do not expect a nice experience.

I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. As the hostess was taking my husband and I to our table, a customer came up asking when their food would be ready. Another customer was also upset about something. That should've been our cue to leave, but I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. We placed our order at 12:08 pm. I didn't get my iced coffee until 30 minutes later. The food didn't arrive until over an hour later at 1:15pm and on top of that, it was missing the chorizo that it should've come with. It didn't seem busy as there were plenty of tables open outside so I don't know what the issue was, but that was terrible service. Unfortunately, we won't be back. Also, $8.25 for iced coffee plus an extra $2 for alternative milk (almond or oatmilk) is crazy, especially if it takes 30 minutes to be ready.

Was disappointed, first of all, because we had made reservations and still had a 10 minute wait. We were coming from out of town and looking to get back on the road to get home. Second of all the app that you used to order is worthless. Our orders all came at different times and we had to wait on each other. Some orders did not even get acknowledged to the bartender when we asked. The bartender said to refresh our screens which we would’ve not known to do unless we had questioned it. The waitress was awesome, but feel overall the app to put in your order and to take orders is not efficient. Does not take into account that everybody at the same table and wants to leave at the same time. Was totally frustrated. And the fact that they have as a default, a 25% tip fee is crazy. The waitress was so nice. I hated to say anything to her. We were all waiting on different people in our party to finish orders that they had put in evidently there is no timestamp that is used. Very frustrated, disappointed, will not go back again.

You order from a QR code, apparently you have to refresh webpage to order another round of drinks, or it won’t come out. Food and drinks going to wrong tables, a server put a plate in front me, left, came back, picked it up (wrong table), and took to the right table. I thought once food hits a table you can’t pick it back up? I feel sorry for whoever got that plate. Once our food did come out, it was missing items, asked for that and condiments, and saw the lady help other people, seat other guest, and when tried to ask for said things, told to hold on, and never came back. Unfortunately can’t recommend, and will not visit again. Went around the corner to Primos, second time there, and got great service and food!

Takes a while to get food, which is pretty pricey for what you get. People are nice, but maybe understaffed? Lots of restaurants in this area that you can get more for less.

Went in for breakfast at 8:30am... 2 hours after the place opened, and they didn't have potatoes ready even though it was an item on their menu. They also don't have actual menus, you have to look it up on your phone... I don't want to be on my phone when I'm out to eat with my wife.

Been coming here for the last 4yrs every few months and it was our favorite. No joke they had the best breakfast quesadillas either of us have ever eaten (in our 50’s) and lovely garden to sit in. But today was a huge disappointment, what made the quesadillas the best was the handmade tortillas, they were unbelievably delicious. Today they were bought tortillas probably mission and as a result bland and not worth $20 each. We also had to pay an additional $2 for an about a tbspn of sour cream. The good quality has gone so far down hill I asked of the owner had changed, but no. Sadly we won’t be back again, which is a real disappointment.
Edit: two days later we noticed on our bank statement the restaurant added a $1 tip on the $2 tbspn of sour cream, without our authorization. And we left a 20% tip on the actual meal, so it was not like we didn’t tip! It may only be $1 but that’s a 50% tip. More importantly other reviewers have mentioned the same issue of unauthorized tip increases post visit. Beware of your bill vs bank account after you leave.

The staff here were so wonderful and accommodating! We wanted to sit outside, and they went so above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They had several large fans set up and even moved the umbrellas around to keep us in the shade. Everyone had a very genuine, down to earth vibe. The food was delicious! Everyone got something different, and everyone was happy.
Absolutely wonderful great service great atmosphere. It’s what you would expect.

Felt a little catfished — I expected indoor seating, but most of it (about 75%) is actually outside. Not sure why the lattes are pricier than Starbucks or other trendy coffee spots. The food was good, no complaints there, but the service, pricing and overall atmosphere were a bit disappointing.
