Ive been here before when it was under a different owner. Went today and its not the same. Pizza was good but the people there aren't as friendly. Worst thing is the bathroom there stinks! The toilet had piss in it, there was either poo or blood on the toilet seat. It was disgusting. The faucet didnt really work, I went in there to wash my hands and when you open the faucet all the way, water barely came out. Its totally disgusting and unacceptable for a place like that. Don't think im going back because of that alone.

So long story short I ordered door dash but from a different location, my 50$ pizza was TRASH WASNT EVEN CUT RIGHT I PAID FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS AN THERE WASNT JUST HORRIBLE i tried calling the place to get my order Fixed and the manager told me I ordered from a different location but nobody was answering at that location so he told me to call back at the Babcock and 410 location and he would take care of it, not only did he make it right he went above and beyond he was so apologetic that right there is SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RONNIE DEFINITELY IS A GREAT MANAGER FOR THIS COMPANY. The one picture is the pizza from door dash which was supposed to double toppings the total was 55$ the other pizza is what Ronnie remade , and it was even his mess up. But he still took care of an unhappy customer an this is why Capo's pizza kept a loyal customer

Arrived at the Babcock location and placed our order using the kiosk. Ordered two medium pizzas and a bottle of water…it was easy enough and the order was paid for.. I guess they can’t program the kiosk to gray out items that are not in stock! They did not have bottled water. The worker asked if we wanted a fountain drink instead. Ummm no there is a reason the bottled water was ordered. I requested a refund of $2.25 for the bottle of water. The refund was received in cash. Ok so we sit and wait approx. ten - fifteen minutes for our order and the worker comes up to us and says they are out of the Italian sausage and would we like double pepperoni? At this point I’m a bit aggravated. How do you run out of ingredients? Someone is NOT keeping up with the inventory! It’s not even the weekend….someone needs to reevaluate if they are in the right position if you can’t keep up with the inventory!!! I’ve never had this issue with the Broadway location. I immediately asked for a refund so we could take our business elsewhere….a place that has inventory!! I will NEVER visit the Babcock location ever again. I was throughly disappointed.

The workers here smoke weed during their shift I caught two employees smoking weed before they open the doors The restroom was dirty and they refuse to help a homeless guy rude employees

Other than their pizzas, and the people who work there, one of my favorite things is about this shop a place I regularly visit happens to be the Cash America pawn shop right next to this establishment!
New manager Monica is awesome!! Food is amazing!!
