The first time I came here after years away I was extremely dissapointed in the garlic cheese bread. The bread was dry and tasteless. No garlic.However last month I gave it another shot just in case and it was fantastic and tasteful. Rating is based on this and previous okay experiences.

This place is just outright awesome for Italian food. They've got everything you could want in a pretty decent setting. If I had one bad thing to say about them, it's that their prices are kind of high. But maybe that's just how all Italian food places are.**update**No that's just all Italian places are high. They're prices aren't bad actually. Food is still great too
I came here with my family for a birthday lunch. We were a party of 15 and they were able to accommodate us. They don’t take reservations however they did tell us to call ahead so they could prepare a table for us. We got there and the table was ready. Our service experience was a little slow but let me explain why:1. Jay was the only waitress for the entire restaurant2. There were at least six other tables she was serving with at least three/four people3. Jay was also the only cashier4. Jay was also the only food runner5. Jay was also one of the bussersSo we totally understood. Even though Jay was the only one running the entire front of the house by herself, she stayed calm, nice and the most attentive as she could. She did not look overwhelmed or come off as flustered and she took care of me and my family. Give her a raise!! She did the best she could and I strongly believe if she had help her service would’ve been five stars. We made sure to give her a piece of birthday dessert and a good tip to make sure her effort was noticed. Thank you Jay!As far as the food; the food came out very fast, but it was a 6/10. Nothing fancy, but I may be back again to give it another shot.Again please give Jay a raise. She really deserves it!

This place was Awesome!! The food was super delicious!! We had the lasagna and Pasta Ro'se ? . It was perfect!! We finished it all off with an Italian cream cake which was equally delicious ? Go try out the E. Southcross location, it's Worth the trip!!
It is always unfortunate that I see my co-workers with amazing dishes from here but when I go, it is horrible. I even give breaks in between visits to accomodate for staff and shift changes and it is still horrible. And take out, forget it. If something is wrong, they want you to come back with the entire lunch plate to get it addressed. The grilled chicken was not even warm or fresh from today. Look at that crust and disgusting color, the pieces were stiff as a board.
