We have loved Capparelli's for many, many years. Unfortunately, we went a week ago and saw this sign on the door. We are so, so sad to hear they are closing. My MIL (RIP) introduced me to them, and we have made many wonderful memories here and eaten many amazing meals as well! I will keep hoping that they are able to open their doors again one day soon. ?

We have always loved Capparelli's but the food quality has been declining and I hate to say that. Great people and a comfortable atmosphere are still there but the food? Not so much anymore.

It was disappointing,I used to live to come here,but the tables were dirty,when I walked in,all the unoccupied tables were filthy,top was sticky,dirty old food stuck on the plates,get had not been cleared and just left there,nobody sat us we sat ourselves,the waiter was nice but rushed us to order,when he did wipe off the tables,the same rag was used to wipe off all the tables,with fabuloso,it was not a nice smell to smell while eating,,food was luke warm and the bottom was cold,the sauce tasted like it had been poured from a can on to the plate,the drink glasses were cracked,and mine was greasy,,,I am so disappointed this restaurant used to cater all our birthdays and holiday dinner's,now I don't think I will ever go back,,,?

I am a 57 year Capparelli customer. I've eaten pizza all over the country. Capparellis is still the best.
I know as a fact they mix their own dough daily. The sub rolls are great too. They mix their own Italian sausage daily. Are you getting the fresh homemade
message ?
I keep coming back because I have never had a meal at Capparellis that let me down !

The place inside looks nice. But when you look at the tables they have not been wiped down properly (not sanitized) the male server with curly hair in a ponytail he is very nice and respectful, he just forgets a few things to bring back to the table. The lasagna portion is a bit small, like kid size small. The taste of the food is basic. The kids meatball and spaghetti is actually good portion with a very large meatball. The cook seems to be very slow, I ordered the spinach dip and our main food came out first. After 15 minutes still no dip. I cancelled it. And the server told me the cook never put it in the oven ?. Well I definitely won't be returning for the food. The male serve respectful till the end I appreciate him, just hope next time for another customer he will be able to remember things for them.

Kat was a brilliant and attentive waitress! The quality and the quantity of food amazed me. They gave me so many shrimps in my Shrimp Alfredo and my Fiancé's Chicken Parmisiana was both crispy, tender and the sauce was delicious. Move over Olive Garden, I have a new favorite. Thank you, Capparelli's!

Today, May 22, 2024, at 7:20 pm, I called to place an order for my food over the phone. The person who answered simply placed me on hold without saying anything, and failed to respond. Upon calling again, the same individual put me on hold once more, without any communication. When he finally answered, he was incredibly rude, yelling that they were very busy because it's a restaurant. While I understand their busyness, there was no excuse for such rudeness and disrespect. He then sarcastically said he could take my order, still yelling. In response, I requested to speak with the manager or the person in charge, only to be informed that he was the manager. Naturally, I chose not to proceed with my order out of concern that he might tamper with it. I sincerely hope that the actual management of the restaurant takes steps to better train their employees in providing respectful customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Despite enjoying the food, I'm reluctant to subject myself to such situations again.
